We received NO BREAKFAST WERE TOLD IT DID NOT COME WITH ONE

YOU OVER CHARGED US BY 7OO PESOS AND WHEN WE TRIED TO ASK WHY WE PAID MORE THAN ARE FRIENDS WHO BOOKED THE SAME TIME WAS TOLD THEY BOOKED AWAY EARLIER. THE PLACE WAS NIOT FULL

The room was gorgeous - very colorful . Very tastefully done .The grounds were equally attractive . I wish the designer would take a look at my home and give me some help😊bed was very comfortable too

The location was nice, a 15-20 minute walk to the malecón. The bed was big and comfortable, and the shower worked very well. It is a nice looking property, and there is a bus stop nearby to catch the local bus over to Chapala or Jocotepec.

The glass wall to the outside is weird. We were in the unit next to where everyone walked past, so there was no privacy unless we completely shut our curtains. Also, while it was nice to have a pool, the staff didn't do a thing about people blasting music until late into the night. These two things alone would prevent me from recommending this place. There are also no food options or drinking water provided.

Absolutely beautiful little boutique hotel! Every room is thoughtfully and artfully decorated with the BEST shower ever!!!

The heated swimming pool was very nice. The hotel was convenient to several good restaurants. The hotel was very clean.

It was noisy -- a lot of street noise and dogs barking. The bed was pretty uncomfortable -- a platform bed with sheets that didn't fit the bed. We had maid service only twice during our week-long stay. Worst: Numerous obstacles hung from the ceiling at a height where people over 6' could hit their head.

Location was good for walking distance to restaurants and all but also located on the most busiest street in Aijiic. The noise continued till about 11:00pm . We had to also park in the street because there was no more room to park at our checkin on Sunday afternoon at 5:00. We weren’t shown around at all on the property or told anything.
