We enjoyed this rental. Nice location close to Tahoe City. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Liked the kitchen. Could use more and larger coffee cups and was expecting shampoo. Would definitely rent this home again.

We were there during a storm and the double garage along with frequent plows clearing both the driveway and the streets made our trip very smooth. Hot tub is also a wonderful addition. Kitchen is very large and easily fit our party of 8. Management was very nice and helpful throughout the trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cabin we would love to revisit again!

We had a nice stay at this beautiful home. Loved the neighborhood and the amenities of the house. However, the hot tub did not work during our entire stay. We had pretty quick and clear communication with the property managers, but there was some miscommunication about if the hot tub had been fixed and if another maintenance person was coming out. They let our group check our a few hours late to make up for the hot tub which was appreciated. Overall nice spot!

The property and location were great. Very close to Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay. Short walk or drive to public beaches. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the traffic noise on the main road behind the house.

This house was beautiful, immaculate, convenient and had everything we needed. Check was easy and the directions were perfect. The kitchen was awesome, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. Lake Tahoe is amazing. We will be coming back.

We will be back for our fourth time. But 10am check out is a little early being you can’t check in till late and your paying for full price days.

The property exceeded every expectation that we had. Very comfortable, roomy but cozy living area. Kitchen was amazing with quality appliances and extremely well equipped with everything you could think of. One of the best equipped kitchens of the many VRBO rentals we have stayed. Even had a small view of the lake from the kitchen, what a surprise! Bathrooms were fabulous just like the pictures show! The luxury of all the upgrades throughout truly shows. The hot tub was a perfect 104 degrees all the time and had really powerful jets to relax our bodies after skiing. The location just a couple miles north of Tahoe city was fantastic. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever experienced out of the many! This was perfect for two of us but would accommodate more very comfortably.

Family of 4, ski vacation, visiting local friends. Great location, convenient to skiing, restaurants, shops. The house is well appointed, kitchen well equipped. We had an issue with the fridge/freezer and the rental company responded very quickly and took care of it. Great stay

This was a great home for our family of five. We really liked the neighborhood, it was close enough to Tahoe City to be able to make a quick run to the store, and was an easy drive to Alpine and Olympic Valley. The size of the home was perfect - we all fit on the couch for movie time in the evening, and having the kids and all their stuff downstairs was nice for mom and dad :-). The backyard was just enough space for our 13-year-old twins and 9-year-old, for snowman building and snowball fights. An earlier review mentioned noise from the highway behind the home, but we didn't experience that at all. Of course, we didn't have the windows open, and I'm sure the winter traffic was much less than summer. And we loved having a garage and a washer/dryer - both key features for winter stays. The bathrooms were super spacious, and the heated floors were wonderful after a day on the mountain. The king bed in the upstairs master was super comfortable and cozy. The room and attached bath were quite spacious and we had plenty of drawers in the dresser; the only sort of nitpicky item was the lack of access to a closet in the master. Our family makes regular summer and winter trips to Tahoe, and we'd definitely stay here again if available. Just a few minor suggestions, as renters that have stayed at a lot of different Tahoe area properties: - The bunk room had a small table and a desk, but no dresser, and no hangers in the closet. Meant our three kids had to put all their clothes in the other bedroom. A dozen hangers and a bureau would have been great. - A couple boxes of tissues set out would have been a nice touch - we always need them when visiting the mountains. - It'd be helpful if the arrival instructions indicated the location of the lockbox - it's certainly not hidden, but we missed it the first couple of times, because it's on a post at your back as you're facing the front door. - A couple sets of melamine / plastic dishware and cups (for kids) would be helpful. There was only one set of melamine bowls, and just a couple random plastic cups, and for families with kids, having more of these would be preferable. Overall, we'd absolutely stay here again, and will definitely look for it next summer!

We had a great time celebrating our 10 year anniversary here! The house was beautiful and clean, and fireplace was perfect sit by and enjoy. The hot tub was amazing and felt very private. Location was perfect to Tahoe City area where we did most of our dining. We highly recommend this place!

We have family in Dollar Point and this location was perfect for walking/biking visits. The home was very clean and the bathrooms were outstanding, large and roomy with lots of places to put our belongings. The kitchen was well-appointed with utensils, cookware and glasses. Definitly recommend this rental home for any family.

Very nice house with convenient access to trails and lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to make meals. The master bath was large and had a really nice shower and tub. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer. The property manager was very responsive when we needed some help with the tv. The only slight negatives were the highway noise due to the proximity and no A/C. We left the windows open at night for cool air which helped a lot, so that became a non-issue. The home was in a nice neighborhood, a short distance from Tahoe City and 13 minutes to King’s Beach. It was a beautiful home and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay here for a few nights. Very nice home, everything you need. As a couple we just used the upstairs, but would be nice for a family also.

I want to leave a quick note letting everyone know home much my family and I enjoyed staying at this house. My overall impressions of this property are terrific. There were two families (four adults, one teen, and one youngster) staying for two nights. I certainly wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, top to bottom, dishes to dining room, towels to tub, fridge to floors, everything. The master was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The guest rooms were accommodating and on a different floor from the master. Everything was comfy and just as advertised. The patio is street facing without much privacy, but the neighborhood seemed very clean and there was a small view of the lake on a clear day. The house fit us very well, but it might have felt crowded if there where many more. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place - perfect for our family!

The house was perfect. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone. Location was close to Squaw Valley and supermarket. House was stocked with everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning soon!

Beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen. Looks like everything has been remodeled. Clean carpets, comfy beds, and having the hot tub was so much fun for the kids!

We stayed here for 6 nights. It was incredibly clean and had an amazing view of the lake. It was quiet yet in a wonderful location with a quick drive to downtown Tahoe City one way and King’s Beach the other way! The hot tub was an added plus and felt very private. The backyard was fenced in and perfect for our kids so they could just sled back there! The beds were extremely comfortable. The property management was incredibly quick with communication. We had an amazing experience here and really hope to come back every year!

My family and I stayed here for a weekend snow and ski trip. 2 adults, 5 and 2 year old. We really enjoyed many things about this house.
First of all, it has been recently renovated and everything seemed new. It has a great cabin feel, nice wood floors but even nicer soft comfortable carpets in the bedrooms. The master king bed was so comfortable and the room was very large. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and one has 2 bunk beds, perfect for kids. The bathrooms, both renovated, had heated floors, automatic moisture sensors for the fans, and best of all, handles to turn on the showers right when you open the door so you don’t get wet when you turn on the shower. There is a hot tub just off the side deck down by the 2nd bathroom.
Upstairs there is a nice gas fireplace and a super comfy big couch that can fit many. The kitchen was stocked with everything ( no extra spices or anything food related), and was large and had a nice view of the lake. There’s a good open feel to the great room with a nice dining area and even a wine fridge!
The location for us was great. Its a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s 2 min from downtown Tahoe City where there are a ton of restaurants and shops. And it’s close to Northstar, Sqaw, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood.

We would definitely stay here again. Great place.
