Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

It's a well appointed vacation home in a quiet, rural neighborhood. A stone's throw to breaking waves. I'd stay here again, and i recommend you do too.

Nice little house. There was an issue with the shower in the master bedroom. I reported it don't know if it got fixed ...could not figure out how to get shower to turn on so I took a bath instead.

The base board heaters heat both areas efficiently although they can be quite loud in the wee hours.

Clean, well appointed house in a perfect spot. Great views from both rooms. Perfect spot for those who like to walk. Only complaint is the refrigerator. It needs to be replaced; so noisy we needed to use earplugs to sleep.

The cleanliness was top notch. The weather a bit stormy but did not deter our stay. It was overall a relaxing and memorable experience. The refrigerator was loud and shut off with a shuttering sound that made us laugh. No mention on listing that there was no dishwasher.

It was all we needed.

I spent 3 nights in this clean and nicely decorated home within steps of the ocean. Everything I needed was here. I cooked my meals , showered with good pressure and warm water, and slept in a comfortable bed with wave sounds nearby. The refrigerator makes a loud sound occasionally but works just fine. You have a small ocean view but can walk along the 804 trail to see the crashing waves and rocks and birds. Very pleasant

It was perfect for our needs. We loved the location. We could see the waves and walk to the beach and tidepools. The house was clean and comfortable.

Overall, the property was what we expected. Perfect for two people, right on the trail to the beach. So that was convenient. Staff was available when we had questions. New washer and dryer!

It was resolved but we had to find somewhere else to hang out for 3 hours before we could get into the rental. The property manager stated that he would make it up to us but we never heard from him again.

But the drier sounds dangerously unstable and wobbles, using a tool instead of a functioning control knob on washer or drier was difficult, loudest refrigerator ever, and we never figured out the TV (a user guide was not evident). Truly enjoyed our stay. The town is cute and has good places to eat. Only issue is no beach access near the house but walking trails are great.

This is a cute little house within walking distance to the ocean. It is a couple houses away from water access, but a little further walk to get to a sandy beach. The house was very clean and had plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The bed was a bit firm, but it was fine for a couple nights. I would really recommend this place.

This property was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 pugs. Spacious living/kitchen area and very large bathroom. Home was quite clean overall. As mentioned, there are a couple of minor maintenance needs (front 2 steps up to main deck), dryer requires use of a pair of pliers to start, toaster was not operational. That said, there isn't a day that goes by at my own primary residence that I need to repair something, so not a big issue. Very quiet neighborhood, close to the 804 trail, safe areas to walk dogs, very decent view of the ocean. Will be staying here again.

We enjoyed the location and the nice partial view of the ocean (although the windows could be cleaned.) A good value. I would recommend replacing the bed. It's extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was OK, could use some larger bowls etc.

This cute little cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two dogs. It had most everything we needed, was clean, and was a short walk to the beach and to town. There was no dishwasher, and you have to use pliers to run the dryer, but these were no big deal to us. It was absolutely wonderful!

We loved this little place. It was in the perfect location to the 804 trail and short walk to the 7 mile beach and also short walk to restaurants and town. Only complaint that I have is the dryer overheated and smelled really hot and kept shutting off and on. I think this should really be checked out because it seems like it could be a fire hazard. Other then that we would definitely stay again..

Enjoyed our stay in Yachats! This property is well located for walks and ocean access. The property met, but did not exceed our expectations. It is as pictured. There were a few maintenance issues and the bed is very firm and could use a foam topper! For all the extra fees by the management company, it’s pretty expensive for a short stay and we expected higher cleaning standards.

It was a good place to stay with our dog, as we were able to take frequent walks outside close to the coast. I have had back surgeries and was unable to sleep on the mattress as it was much too hard. On my getaway with my husband, I ended up having to sleep on the couch! The refrigerator had a loud banging sound that occurred frequently throughout the night that was unnerving.

The property was fine for our needs. The location was great. I wish there had been some directions on the trail. It would have been nice to have some chairs for the deck. My one disappointment was the cleanliness of the bathroom. the toilet was moldy and had to be cleaned.

Perfect cabin for us and our two dogs. Easy access to town and beach, lovely trail along the ocean minutes away. Cabin has a nice view of the ocean. Cabin was very clean, pleasant and warm. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.
