John is a great host and very attentive. When we noticed the fridge wasn't working, he had it replaced with a new one the very next day. He was always available if there were any issues whatsoever!
The view from the terrace onto Telendos was beautiful 😍
The beds were not the most comfortable.

Can't beat the location, any climber would love to stay here both for The view and the neighborhood and the proximity the climbs. Relatively basic room, but that is to be expected on this part of the island.
Everything is great, would prefer more modern things but that's not why we go to the side of a Greek Island :-)

A brilliant place to stay. The studio is spacious and clean. The terrace is also spacious and has a great view of the sea. Location is great, close enough to easily walk to a number of restaurants, and the best coffee shop in the village is literally 30 seconds away. John is a great host, friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. In all a great place to stay, we will be back. Thanks John

The location was a short walk away from the main beach and restaurants. The apartment was great: nice and clean rooms with lot of space, balcony with amazing view on see and island Talendos,... The owner was super friendly, genuine, and fair. I definitely recommend :).

The generous balcony with its breathtaking view and our extremely friendly and helpful host John were the absolute highlights! Great value for money

Perfect location in Armeos, close to climbing sectors Poets, Grande Grotta etc. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops and bars. Despite being directly at the main road, it was reasonably quiet at night.
A plus is the location right above local deli "Wooden Roots", which is perfect for an after-climbing coffee or a glass of wine.

Location next to the climbing sectors. And I mean really, really close. Poets are just behind the corner. It's a 2 minutes walk to Masouri where you'll find the abundance of restaurants and cofes and a couple of mini markets.
If you come late in October or later it may be a good idea to take your summer sleeping bags with you. The blankets are available but some may find it not enough.
If you have a choice then select the appartment on the higher floor. You'll get the better view at Telendos!
The host is really friendly and responsive guy.
The place is a little dark. Especially the bathroom and the bedrooms. The kitchenette was lacking some utensils, but nothing you cannot live without. If something missing just ask the host.

We got the fantastic view on the sea and the Telendos mount from our specious balcony and on the other side a great view on rocky mountains. The rooms were clean and tidy, all equipment in order. Close to the restaurants and mini markets. John is a great host with truly versatile background! Learn more by staying there!
