Overall, this was an amazing place to stay. Very clean, and very well organized. Outside space was great and well used by us. Very thankful to have access to the beach chairs & umbrella.
What really puts this rental over is the owners. They are pretty special and truly want you to enjoy their home and the Island. Communication leading up and during our visit was amazing and very appreciated. Very very helpful in sharing the places to go, and things to see. (btw, rent bikes if you go.)
We really enjoyed the Shipyard Plantation and the amenities & wildlife it offers. It was relaxing to sit and have coffee in the morning and watch the deer & birds wander by. It was also fun to watch an alligator (or two) from a safe distance.
Honestly, can't say enough good things about this rental and the owners. It & them, made our trip go from a good one to a great one.

Villa was beautiful. Well maintained and very clean. Deck was very nice with the fan to sit out. Beds were comfortable. Living space was really nice to just hang out. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. Grill was a great option. Ran into an issue with a plug and the owner responded to a text immediately. All communication with the owners was efficient and quick. Neighborhood is quiet. Pool was nice. Can walk to the beach. We got bikes and used the backpack chairs. Would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay in Hilton Head! The rental was fully stocked, in a fabulous location, extremely comfortable (beds and furniture), and our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible for our family!* I would highly recommend it to a family of our size.
* I asked about the ability to rent pickle ball equipment and our hosts bought a set on Amazon and shipped it to us for use during our stay! That was unexpected and greatly appreciated by our family!

Probably the most well-stocked property we’ve stayed in! As soon as we booked, Laura reached out to open the line of communication and was available for any and all questions throughout our stay. She asked about the beach locker supply, I told her all seemed to be in great shape except for the beach umbrella…..the next morning there was a new beach umbrella delivered!!! The location on the island and distance to the beach was amazing. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach, we were there in five minutes. Will ABSOLUTELY be staying here the next time we’re in Hilton head! THANK YOU for being a huge part of our amazing vacation! Can’t wait to come back!!

We come to Hilton Head every Memorial
day for my husband to complete training. We have previously stayed at the conference center/hotel, but this year decided to try something new. Having a kitchen to cook meals, a grill for quick dinners, and even being able to wash bathing suits and towels made it so much better. The location was great. We rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere we went. We spent evenings riding the cart paths of the golf courses & seeing a different side of the resort. The place was very clean, the owners very hospitable and the beach gear exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen had all we needed for preparing meals and more. We would love to book here again.

Great 2 bedroom home with lots of space, comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen in Shipyard. Convenient to Coligny ( could ride our bikes to all our favorite places). Beautiful grounds and so peaceful. Laura and Steve reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond helping us find Easter brunch. Most amazing guidebook we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend them as hosts and appreciate their help and love this beautiful property.

We stayed at the Beach House in late March and loved everything about it. Decorated great, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We walked to the beach and also rode our bikes and it was quick and easy. If we drove, it was usually a quick ride anywhere we went on the island. The place is spacious and our family of 4 all felt like we had enough space. We loved how quiet it was and it fit our family perfectly that we want to come back. The check in process was fantastic and the owners really wanted us to enjoy the island and communicated everything and things to do very well. They were even available during our stay and would respond quickly if we had any questions.
When visiting Hilton Head Island, this is a fantastic place to stay for a long weekend or week long getaway and we feel we have found our go-to spot when we re-visit HHI.

We have been going to HHI for twenty years, We have stayed at several locations on Shipyard, but this condo was the best we have ever stayed in. Loved everything about it. Looking forward to our next stay at this location.

This was our 4th time on the island and it did not disappoint. We love Shipyard and loved Evian Way. We were close to everything! This time we ordered bikes from Mike's Bikes...per Laura and Steves suggestion. They delivered and picked them up. It was so convenient! We rode to Coligny, to the beach, rode on the beach. It was so much fun! Biking is the WAY to get around the island!! The condo had everything we needed...even tide pods and bounce dryer sheets! We've never had a condo supply that before. It was a fabulous stay and we can't wait to come back again.

The property was clean and enjoyable. We were comfortable relaxing on the deck and in the house. It was a great walk to the beach and the beach was gorgeous. The pool unfortunately had a break while we stayed, but the owners were quick to communicate with me and try to resolve it!

Very lovely unit, spacious and clean. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Nice to have the electric grill, as most units don’t have a grill. Beds were very comfortable. All in all, very nice and I’d love to stay here again!

The Beach House was perfect for our family! Very clean and roomy. Nicely located for my older chidren to have fun and explore Hilton Head and very close to the pool! We had a great time!

This property is located in a very nice community that offers a lot of fun activities. It is centrally located with easy access to HHI attractions and really nice restaurants. The villa is very nicely decorated and spacious. I highly recommend!

The Evian Beach House lives up to the stellar reviews. Fabulous location in Shipyard, great beach chairs to borrow, and comfortable (king sized!) bed. Steve and Laura were excellent before and during our stay, and we had everything we needed to have a great week on HHI.

We booked this location for our family of 7. It was absolutely perfect ! We have 3 little ones and two older children who where all well accommodated. Everything is in close proximity. The pool was quiet. The beach was just 5 mins up the road which included splash pad and stores to shop at. The owner also recommended skull creek dockside restaurant and it was amazing ! The owners are super friendly and everything is well organized. They respond very quickly. The best part is the app they provide ! They have recommendations for everything on there. It’s awesome. Would definitely come back ! We are already discussing when we can book again. Highly recommend.

Very lovely home in a safe, beautiful gated community! Steve and Laura were wonderful hosts and made everything super easy, including ideas of restaurant choices and activities around the area ! The home was clean and had a beautiful coastal decor ! We would definitely return when in Hilton Head !

We loved the condo and had great communication with Laura and Steve regarding questions. They gave helpful tips about Hilton Head and the community that made our stay even better! Perfect Place to Stay
This house was perfect for us, very clean, felt like home, had everything you needed. We loved the location, easy access to many bike paths, golf courses, beach, pool. The owners were very welcoming, had everything set up so it was easy to find and use. We plan on staying here again when we return to Hilton Head. Everything about it was great! We also loved that they had beach chairs and other beach accessories to use while we were there. I can't say enough great things about our experience. We love Hilton Head Island as well. Perfect place for a perfect family vacation.

We had mixed feelings about this rental. It was nicely furnished and very clean. It also lacked certain necessities that we were accustomed to in all other rentals. No herbs or spices whatsoever. Not even salt and pepper! In other rentals, during COVID, dry foods were left for the next renter like pasta or other odds and ends. Books were often left but not here. No personal touches at all. No beach towels - you must bring your own. Last rental we were at had a basket of them for our use. Little things like that add up. The second bathroom with the tub was very unappealing. I love baths but didn’t take one the whole week. Just looked grimy and kind of mildew. Also unit had only four mugs and no cups and saucers either.
Owners did respond quickly to any issues which was a plus.
It is a good 15 min walk to the beach with a cart laden with chairs and umbrella. Pool is nearby but expect kids jumping in and splashing.
All in all, it was as advertised but wouldn’t rush back.

Amazing rental!
We loved our stay at Evian. The rental was perfect! First, it had all of the comforts of home and the kitchen was fully stocked. They even provided board games which was an amazing way to end our night. Additionally, the villa was very clean and looked exactly liked the pictures showed. Laura was very easy to reach and responsive when I had to reach out. We have already talked about staying there again!
