Unfortunately, I did not find anything to like about this property.

My stay at this hotel was a complete dissatisfaction and has unfortunately ruined my trip. During check-in, I had an issue with the staff regarding my change, which was never resolved. To make matters worse, when I showed the owner the check that he made for me, he ripped it out of my hand and tore it up, which was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Additionally, the room was not as clean as I had expected, with dirty sheets and a poorly maintained bathroom. The WiFi signal was also poor, and it was not working most of the time, making it difficult to use my devices. Furthermore, I had to deal with bed bugs, which was a terrible experience. Moreover, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which added to my overall negative experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. I highly recommend spending a little bit more to stay somewhere better and avoid the frustration and disappointment that I experienced during my stay at this property.

i booked this hotel for two nights and yes I didn't expect much from it because of the price but guys not even a cent is worth it . Let's talk about some points: Location: I never felt that uncomfortable anywhere. To me the location seemed very dangerous and I never left the hotel without a taxi, there was no restaurant or anything closeby. The hotel was very hidden that even the taxi driver didn't find it. Staff: Staff was kind of unfriendly . We arrived and no1 was coming to the front door to help us get in. They didn't speak english. They have a dog and the dog was a bit aggressive. My sister has a dog phobia and they didn't care about it. They told her: don't be afraid and were laughing it off. One day later there was a guest with a pitbull dog in there. Idk what happened but the police came and they were fighting for two hours straight with the owners. The owners were yelling the whole time that I was even scared to ask them where can I get food. I never was so scared like that night. Police came in holding a long weapon and the owners were shouting at them and at each other. Room: Room was terribly bad. Water was cold and you couldn't shower bc there was not enough water coming. Also there is a window where u shower and everyone can see you taking a shower 😭 The windows are so difficult to close and there comes ZERO light in the room like really ZERO . When I woke up I thought its still dark til I got out. The room is dirty and everything is bad with that room. Nothing makes sense in there. When I asked the owner for warm water she laughed me off and said are u joking? in Dominican republic u never have warm water which is not true because when I changed the hotel in my other hotel there was warm water. Hotel food: they have a minimarket in there and offer some food but there is absolutely nothing. Noisy: you can listen everything from ur room whats going on outside . So bad !!!

asked about taxi pickup and They confirmed it the morning of the day i was coming (i was coming in evening) had to wait almost 1 and 1/2 hour for the taxi. and the number i got to the driver, were not anymore the driver? Also the toilet missed some pices (cover etc) and the shower as well was not Very Nice

The price is good for Punta Cana

- We had a problem of water leaking from the floor above, luckily they could change us of room. - There is no shower, only a hose - There is no warm water - The region is not safe to walk during the night

If you need a cheap place for 1-2 nights in Friusa, then it's ok.

The hotel is in fact good for the price, but if you can avoid Bavaró, this will wake your holiday better

The location was very bad. I didn't go outside when it was dark. Very dangerous for a tourist. In a slum of Friusa The room had nothing else then a bed and TV. No desk, no wardrobe. No mirar in the room nor in the bathroom. I dont't call this a hotel room. Shower was ok but very little water. I stayed only 2 nights and the owner and his wife and other woman were friendly people but I don't recommend this place to other people. I don't understand booking.com has this 'hotel' in their offer.

This place was pretty awesome. I have no clue what people are talking about in regards to a shady area it is right next to the Main Street with all of the shops and restaurants. They are remodeling the entire place they even have new bathroom doors and they're completely redoing all the rooms. Seeing how it cost triple the amount just to get materials you have to understand that they can't do remodel and fix things instantly. The neighborhood and the local culture is awesome and the food was delicious I didn't have any problems here. the beach is a mear 45 minute walk so you can save yourself money. Not to mention at midnight they close the gate and lock it so nobody can get in and they give you a key if you want to leave.

Easy to reach on Whatsapp. Direct contact. Also good help if you want for airport taxi service. Good welcome and spacious room. The Hotel is close to the Bus station to Santo Domingo, which was the reason for me I stayed here. I could walk early in the morning to the bus station.

Simple and easy room, which is completely ok. Maybe a little bit more colour or decorations would finish the room for me.

the hotel although very clean lacked amenities I would have preferred. example would be drinking water on site. or available coffee in the morning. my room would have been better with a small fridge to put some groceries in. location was good for the area to commute from but the hotel is off the main roads and a bit hard to find

everything. the staff were so rude, they wouldn’t let me use the kitchen even though it’s listed as a facility online, and other guests were allowed to use it. I tried to reason with the staff as I had just brought food from the shop, but she refused and then started to unnecessarily shout at me. The kitchen was a real mess, with lots of bugs. The room had a bad smell, the toilet didn’t flush, and had no seat, I didn’t have a bin for toilet paper. The bathroom window was visible from the hallway and didn’t have a curtain. Open sockets with dangerous, live electrics. There was dog poo all over the floor in the hall. I had previously stayed here, and thought it was reasonable for the price but the room I got the second time was horrific, and I have never been spoke to so badly from a hotel staff member in my life! Now I feel as though it wasn’t worth the money.

Location isn't the safest. The shower has just a hose and the beds could be more comfortable. In general the rooms are very dark with barely any natural light and very musty.
