Zarizeni kuchyne by chtelo lehce doplnit. Par mensich hrncu, konvice na caj... Nicmene da se prezit i bez toho. :)

This is a well equipped, very clean apartment located near Verona. The host was helpful and friendly, always ready to help.

We visited this place in January, in the morning it was cold.

Pleasant, sympathetic owners of the house. Large house with parking, it is very convenient. The apartments are spacious, quite convenient for a family with two children.

The mattress in the back bedroom is soft. It's uncomfortable to sleep together. It can be convenient for one person.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, with ambient atmosphere, surrounded by vineyards. A bit on the side from city noises. With excellent possibility of doing a lot of sightseeing - Verona, Padova, Venezia, Bergamo, the Garda Lake towns, and many others. The hosts were really very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for staying with dogs, which can be walked unlisted in vineyard fields.

Location and owner are good...

It was cold in the house. House is very old and kitchen was cold all the time. We were in jackets one our and after that we move dining table in bedroom, where was hotter. Apartmant is without living room (there are two transitional bedrooms). If you want to go on toilet u have to pass another one. In toilet is a lot mold on walls.

the owner Silvio is very friendly and helpful, it’s close to Verona , about 15 minutes to the old centre

kitchen is downstairs , freestanding 2 hob induction is not enough really, for the size of the apartment you need a 4 hob , there is a freestanding oven but no oven dishes, baking tray or anything else to use in the oven so you can’t prepare food in it, the heating is switched off, in late September this makes it cold and damp at night and early morning, we where told it is by government decreed , however we have stayed nearby in Italy with heating. the air-conditioning unit which should also be able to heat did not provide heat either, there is no living room, just in the third bedroom upstairs is a few pallets screwed together with some old mattresses on it, this is supposed to be a sofa, no tv in this room either, bathroom is not great, very small Italian shower, washing machine you can’t use as on a rainy day with no heating in the house you would never be able to dry it, it’s not particularly clean either in the apartment , I would advise the owner to have a look under the beds, the dust is 6 inches high, the property is in a very industrial area, not the country property you would have aspected, and most important of all, it’s well overpriced for what it offers, we paid about 122 euro’s a night in late September , we had a 3 night stay, a much more realistic price for this property would have been around 70 euro’s per night, also we had a lot of noise from other parts of the house, suffice to say that we where not happy with the accommodation , a shame because Silvio was very friendly, with a bit of work this place could be so much better.
