This house is outstanding. Has everything you need for cooking. The rooms are all decorated per theme and it just made all of us happy.The only drawback is not being able to check in before 5 pm and the checkout is at 9 am.

Very well equipped home with everything you could think you might need.

The eclectic and imaginative decor of this property, as well as the quality of the house, made this one of the most enjoyable holidays we have spent at Isle of Palms. The amazing kitchen helped make it a thanksgiving to remember. Very colorful beach house! The property management was great also!

The house was located on the beach in a great position. Perfect. The property was very clean and easy to find. Property manager was easy and communicative. Beautiful colors and unique décor. I would say that if you have young children the décor is something you may want to consider, given its highly sexual nature and innuendo.....sometimes just blatant. There is a lot of it too! Otherwise a beautiful spot and place to visit.

The home was fun overall and the kitchen was fantastic! There are things that can be improved. Some of the bathrooms need to renovated and i think they should get rid of the themed bathrooms. Some of the bathrooms were nice and looked newer. The sheets were very scratchy and i think that you need to include 4 towel sets in each king bedroom. Also the umbrellas that we rented from you were awful and dangerous. I also didn't like that every piece of furniture was nailed down so you couldn't move anything!

Great house for a large group! Kitchen has plenty of everything and a nice layout! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and plenty of space to relax inside and out! Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and a plus when coming in from the ocean! Wonderful views from the balconies! The entire house is themed and keeps you entertained, our favorite was the guest bathroom off the kitchen! Would recommend this house for large families or groups!

It was clean and accommodating with plenty of cooking utensils and absolutely a fun place. 18 adults thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved The large drink cooler too. I would have liked 2 towel sets per person as there was only one washer/dryer and some of us didn’t even get to use it. We had to buy washcloths. Other than that, it was great.

Casa Margarita is amazing! The house is huge with a beautiful view, right on the ocean. It is located very centrally on the island so you can easily walk to the bars and restaurants and the grocery store is very close. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two large fridges and plenty of cooking utensils. We had one small maintenance issue with the hot tub and it was fixed within a few hours. Our group loved all of the themed rooms and the funky decorations throughout the house. It made for a unique stay. Also, each bedroom had its own private on suite bathroom which worked out really well for our large group. All in all, I am very pleased with our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great-- pool, beach, Coconut Joe's all right there. Tremendous views from dining area. Decks are awesome for enjoying the views, the breeze, the crashing waves... Kids in our group aged 5-10 loved the wacky decor. Adults loved the kitchen w 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, lots of easy-access storage and everything labeled. If your group has adults hanging out in living area after kids' bedtimes, note that 4th floor bedrooms are not well-insulated from 3rd floor sound / conversations. Also note they mean it when they say you need to bring your own beach towels. Also beach chairs, beach toys / boogie boards, etc. Paying this price and flying in from out of state, I do wish that these conveniences were included. But big picture, it was a great house for our group. We had an awesome stay. I would recommend it and would happily stay here again.

This home a wonderful vacation spot that we thoroughly enjoy each year. My family of 20 look forward to this week and our stay at Casa Margarita. Home is well furnished with many amenities and the view and location are breathtaking. The only sad part of Casa Margarita is leaving at the end of the week.

We all enjoyed our week at Isle of Palms; Casa Margarita's pool was well maintained, the house was very clean, and the new kitchen was grand gourmet all the way! The pool table was enjoyed, as was the hot tub. The last day we had intermittent rain, but it wasn't a problem: the rain clouds came and went, and we walked the beach and swam in between the light showers. If I had to recommend one tiny improvement, it would be to add an overhead light fixture over the round glass table in the living room. Our 1500-piece puzzle fit perfectly, but we needed more light at night. I certainly would recommend this to friends. Location is excellent for great restaurants and night entertainment.

We have stayed at Casa Margarita many times and have loved it! It is a spacious, unique and fun space to celebrate family and summer! With whimsical room themes, well appointed gourmet kitchen and a bath for each bedroom, this house is a barrel of fun for all! Beautiful views and direct access to beach and walking distance to nightlife and restaurants.

Right on the beach with great access. Lots of fun decorations and a newly updated well-equipped kitchen with a huge dining area perfect for a large (and I mean large, like 17+ ladies) group of friends. Well maintained and excellent parking still within walking distance to the Isle of Palms center. Very helpful rental staff (Tina Smith is terrific!) We'll be back next year; and have been there many times in the past...

Casa Margarita is a wonderful house. We had 10 out of town couples down to IOP for my wife's 50th Surprise Birthday. She was surprised and everyone had a fabulous time. The house has every amenity imaginable. We had plenty of space to congregate as a group or to get away for a few minutes of peace and quiet. The best part of the house however is the Property Manager, Tina Smith ... she was attentive, responsive and proactive. We never needed her during our stay - her prep for our group was perfect. She even recommended a chef that we hired for Friday night - he was amazing. I can not say enough good things about the house - I am sure the other ones they own, Casa Flamingo and Casa Banana are just as good. We will be renting again.

Spent a delightful early November weekend at Casa Margarita with 10 couples from the Upstate. House was just right, with everything we needed. Minor question answered promptly, and booking details handled professionally by the property manager. We loved it so much, that we are planning on returning next year. Would definitely recommend, especially for large group of adults. Ideal.

Casa Margarita is simply fabulous. The pictures do not do the house justice. The property manager is great to work with. Tina went above and beyond to make sure house met our expectations. The owner has paid special attention to the décor and there are so many decorative conversation pieces. We loved the fact that every bedroom has a private bath. The outdoor bathroom was definite plus We have traveling to the area as group for over 20 years and we will be returning to Casa Margarita next year

Casa Margarita is spacious, clean, comfortable, whimsically decorated, with a beautiful view and beach access, and has everything you will need to enjoy a reunion with friends or family. The owners are a dream to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Our group has been coming to the Casas for going on 8 years now. We don't even think twice about looking for another place...this one is perfect.

We are a group of 20 ranging in age from 5-89 and this was our 3rd year staying at the Casa Margarita. This house is the best we have ever stayed in!! It's clean, spacious, has a large kitchen with 2 dishwashers & 3 refrigerators and incredible views from the kitchen table where we watch dolphins swim by every morning. It has beautiful views from all the decks as well. You will not find a home with more personality or a better location right on the beach by shops, restaurants, beach volleyball, etc. The management staff goes above and beyond to take care of your every possible need. We could not be more pleased and already have it booked for next summer. Many thanks!!!

Casa Margarita is an amazing home to stay in. The owner has literally thought of everything when staying in this home. We lucked out and were there during the TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE on 8/21/17. Upon our check-in, there were solar eclipse glasses for everyone in the home!! Little details like that make the stay very welcoming. Also, there are 3 refrigerators in this home.. THREE. One of them is a huge industrial one. Perfect for all the food you have for 22 people! The home had plenty of space for everyone in our party. All rooms were just as described. We had children ages 15 -2 and there were places for the 2 year old to nap while the older ones could play and not have to worry about being 'quiet'. Our most favorite place in the home was the kitchen/dining room area. Beautiful views, seating for everyone, and lots of memories made. The kids most favorite place was the pool table room (of course)! While at the house, I have to say other than meals and the one rainy day we had, we spent most of our time outdoors. During the day, the 100 step walk to the beach and the pool were a relief from the hot days. Our most FAVORITE spot, by far, were the porches!! Seriously we could have sat there FOREVER. We spent EVERY night out there, even the stormy ones since there's coverage underneath. The property was clean and well maintained. There were servicemen there during our stay working on upgrades and repairs. All of them were extremely kind and welcoming. We loved this home so much that one of the families that stayed there is bring her parents, siblings, and cousins for their family vacation next year! OVERALL: This home was AMAZING. We had an awesome time exploring South Carolina and the animal life of the ocean on our stay. We found live sand dollars, fish, crabs, and sea pansies (look it up before you go so you know what you're seeing)! If you have the chance, STAY HERE!! You will not be disappointed!

If you want a memorable, awesome vacation -- this is the place. This house is seriously the best house along the entire beach. So many amazing features, superb design, unparalleled views (what other house offers ocean views for so many bedrooms--all with private baths?). Not to mention the incredible decorations!! And this particular beach is fabulous in so many ways -- clean, really big and flat--you can walk out super far and still touch bottom (great for kids). And you can watch your family at the beach from the kitchen! Huge kitchen table -- we got 18 around it. The agent was terrific to work with and we had great service throughout the week. This is a vacation spot that will be hard to beat!

We have a suppa club group that has been coming to Isle of Palms each spring for the past 25 years. This past trip we had 10 couples come down and we had a great time, as always. Casa Margarita, besides having the 10 bedrooms we need, offers a wonderful, fun-loving, relaxing environment. The owners have thought of everything. Looking forward to next May!

This place was amazing. So much room and perfect location - you can walk to all the restaurants, shops, etc.. Everyone who stayed couldn't say enough about how great everything was in this house. We have stayed in Wild Dunes many times but we all preferred this location since you could walk to restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Casa Margarita for 3-nights and wish we could have stayed forever! Casa Margarita was amazing! There were balconies galore to choose from and we relaxed on all of them. The top balcony was our favorite as we watched the waves crash on the shore all day and took in the stars at night. We really loved how close the home was to all the restaurants and shops on the Isle of Palms and pretty much walked almost everywhere. However, we found that all we wanted to do was stay at the house and take it all in. The decor was so much fun! We'd spend hours just going through all the rooms and checking it all out. The home was well stocked and we didn't want for anything. We all got the best night's sleep as the large king size beds were so comfortable. The private beach boardwalk was awesome as we walked on the beach every chance we got. We'd catch ourselves waking up early to watch the sunrise from the top balcony. It was the best beach trip that we ever had! We can't wait to come back to Casa Margarita again!!!

The Casa Margarita met our needs, even before our actual arrival date! Management was easy to work with and eager to make sure that all of our family members were pleased with their stay. We visited several other homes before deciding that Casa Margarita would be the best. The children and adults were in awe upon walking into the home! There was no bickering about who slept in each room because there were 10 bedrooms with private baths, and at least 7 bedrooms with ocean views! The open space allowed everyone to eat and enjoy each other during dining. When grandpa wanted to sleep while the children played, it was "all good" because he could not hear a sound from upstairs to the King Tut room! The elevator allowed us to have our 88 year old grandmother visit and share an afternoon with us in this fun-filled home. The best quote of the week was, "There's more?!" And the answer was always "yes" at Casa Margarita. We would recommend this home to any family that wants to stay in a unique, eclectic home that is right on the beach!

We recently just returned from our stay in the beautiful Isle of Palm at the Casa Margarita. What an absolute blast we all had! The ages of our family members ranged from 7- 69, and believe me when I tell you this house is perfect for everyone! There were 16 of us staying in the home, and there were still several sleeping spaces that did not even get used. There is plenty of space to relax and get away from the noise if you are taking a large group, or you can stay right in the middle of it all in the ample family area attached to the large kitchen. All of the bedrooms had their own private baths and some of them had deck access to overlook the Atlantic. You are within walking distance of the town of isle of palm and if you are looking for an adult evening out, there are two bar/restaurants that are accessible from a short stroll down the beach. The pool was a welcome break considering the time we were there it was extremely hot. This home upon arrival was very clean and immaculately decorated. There was not a detail missed! Great spot for children and adults to get a lot of laughs and enjoy gorgeous views from all of the decks.

Just returned from another year at Casa Margarita in Isle of Palms. Our family has been vacationing in IOP since 2005 and love this beautiful location. This whimsical home offers so many amenities for all different age groups. It is close to downtown IOP, directly on the beach, beautiful pool with plenty of seating, enough bedrooms to sleep large families or families sharing a home. The property Manager is wonderful and no issue goes unresolved. We are always sad to leave and look forward to our return in 2017.

There are no words to adequately express the wonderful time my family enjoyed at Casa Margarita. What fun the owner must have had in decorating and furnishing this delightful house, and, as a result, just about every moment one of us was discovering another fun and whimsical "treasure"! Beautifully maintained, priceless views, very substantial (first class) appliances (refrigerators galore), unbelievably generous dinnerware and utensils, lots of tables for dining, games, very comfortable sturdy furniture. The themed bedrooms are so clever, fun and comfortable. There is nothing I could say that needed improvement. Mrs. Webber has thought of everything!! The pool and hot tub are pristinely maintained with lots of outdoor furniture surrounding the area. Prime prime front beach location. We thank our lucky stars to have been fortunate to enjoy this lovely home for a most memorable week. We've rented before (Casa Flamingo) and we WILL be back! Love love love the care and attention this property receives, and delightful people to work with in planning a great vacation. Our family reunion numbered 21, and this home could not have been more perfect.

This house was perfect for a large group of friends to attend a beach wedding. When you open the front door you are immediately greeted by a hula girl and a pirate hanging from the ceiling! There are so many fun, whimsical decorations throughout the house. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and each room has a unique theme. The kitchen is designed for large gatherings and we were thankful for the extra large industrial sized fridge in addition to 2 other fridges, along with several coffee makers in the kitchen area. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone and it was nice having an outdoor grill. The location of this house is perfect not only because it is right on the beach but it is only a few minutes walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. If you get the chance you should check out Acme Lowcountry Kitchen as it was the best food we have experienced in this area and it is only a short walk away. We will definitely be planning another trip back to this house!

Casa Margarita was perfect for our "suppa club" group. 10 bedrooms and 10 1/2 baths. Everyone had fun choosing their own rooms. We had stayed in Casa Flamingo for 23 years, but needed the extra bedrooms because everyone wants to go on this annual trip. Everyone loved the house and it gave us more fantastic memories.

Just got back from Casa Margarita and will never forget it! The location right on the beach is idyllic and the house itself is amazing. So much character while also being top of the line. We are already planning our next trip back. Hard to think of a place to have a better time!
