It was a great location and the unit had everything we needed. I took off 1 star because the lower trundle bed really needed a new mattress.

Older building. Significant housekeeping cleaning issues in bathroom and kitchen but management staff were kind, friendly and very responsive to concerns. Would definitely consider trying again.

The location of this condo was perfect! We were easily able to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and even the lake to go paddle boarding. Our only complaint was that there is no central AC so it was too hot to get a good nights sleep.

This is an older building so nothing fancy but the location was great, staff very helpful and friendly.

We loved staying here. It’s close to everything and was very comfortable. Management was very responsive and the place was well kept.

I am sorry to say that we were very disappointed.To begin, there is only stairs and quite a few of them. We stayed in room 1.There was a strong smell in our room that wasn't very pleasant. We had to use an essence. The room was very hot.The portable cooling unit in our bedroom was very small and not very helpful. We couldn't open the window because there was no screen. We were willing to deal with all that. Then came the time to sleep. There was 4 of us so 2 people were gonna sleep in the living room. The problem was the lights wouldn't turn off. I made contact with the hotel and they basically said there was nothing they could do until next day. The only "solution" they gave me was to turn off the breaker for the living room. Told them that wasn't an option because it also turned off the fridge, the AC and all the outlets. Told them they could moved us to another room or just give us a refund and we would go to another hotel. No problem. They still had the bad sense to ask, "because the lights don't work?" I responded with "I don't know how you sleep but we sleep with the lights off." We grabbed our stuff and we went to another hotel. We did get a refund but the experience was not very good. We will definitely not be staying or recommending this place.

This spot is in the perfect location in the village. It was a great open space with almost everything you need. Check in was easy and the staff messaged us to make sure we got in ok. The only negative might be the a bit of noise from the nearby bars but Big Bear shut down pretty early and it wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely could have used another vacuum throughout/under the bed and there was garbage in the nightstand drawers. This unit could use a new futon frame - very difficult to put up. Other than that, it was awesome to have a pet friendly place, downtown is great for food and bopping around! Got to check in early which was awesome. Perfect for my husband and I, the pup and a friend who stayed in the living room on the daybed! Loved having a full kitchen too!!

Great property, very spacious for three people to stay. We used the kitchen to cook a lot and mostly ate in and didnt feel cramped. The room was clean. Office staff were very friendly and helpful and communicated about weather updates on the roads. Only drawback is I thought we had rented a stand-alone cabin, not a room in a building. Overall would stay here again!

For the price, it was perfect. It could use a little updating but other than that was perfect.

Pros: very friendly and responsive employees with good communication; we were able to check in several hours early; right in the middle of the village with dedicated parking - we didn’t have to get in our car at all during the stay; had a portable ac unit set up in the room and a spare fan in the closet Cons: bed squeaked very, very loudly (room 01) with literally any movement (eg rolling over whilst sleeping); there was a strong industrial solvent smell from bathroom (which is in the bedroom) + no screen on bedroom window (couldn’t open window without mosquitoes entering - much to their credit, they did bring us an air purifier to use, but the smell was pretty overwhelming) We were there on a holiday weekend and it was by far the best value (I started looking 6-8 weeks in advance), though you sort of get what you pay for in terms of it being very dated. Had basic amenities and great customer service and location. The bedrooms could really use king-sized beds (and frames that don’t make noise! I swear it was just from regular sleeping), screens on all windows, and… you know, no strong odors.
