O hotel é novo! Tudo muito bom e impecável! Cama muito confortável, chuveiro excepcional!

Ao chegar não tinha ninguém pra receber. O lobby fica no 2o andar, então entramos meio sem informação e subimos pra procurar atendimento. Um funcionário nos atendeu meio sem vontade e entregou um papel com recomendações, nela estava escrito que tínhamos que deixar gorjeta de $50 para a camareira?!?!?!? Dispensamos a camareira.

Unprofessional staff at the reception. Had ro wait a lot for the Check-in as the lady at the front desk couldn't handle our booking, promised that sha will check with her superior and everything will be settled for the check-out. Not at all! Check-out lasted for more than 1 hour! Airco so loud that it wasn't possible to sleep the whole night! Breakfast: li.ited choice, poor quality

Very good location, great view from 13th floor. Room was very clean and outstanding.

First day some things were not placed in the room; like bathroom hand soap and water bottles.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit zwei Bereichen (Schlafen und Wohnen) und zwei riesigen Monitoren. Sehr bequemes Bett. Bad sehr schön und gross (besonders Duschkabine). Alles perfekt.

Eingang liegt in einer etwas düsteren, nicht belebten Strasse. Die Reception befindet sich im 2. OG. Türe ist aber 9 pm geschlossen (mit Badge zu öffnen). Die Lüftung ist sehr laut und lässt sich nicht abstellen.

1st time to Philly, easy walking to everything we wanted to see. Staff was fabulous, Tyreek(sp?) bellman? can’t say enough, polite, big smile, friendly, and had us all the way! Great service and friendliness from all we encountered, valet included

BEING WOKEN UP BY DUMPSTERS BEING EMPTIEd 1st night/morning 440 and 610am, 2nd 410 and 540(?) Also, had to put liners in the trash cans ourselves, no biggie-but, also coffee cups ware way to big to fit thee maker supplied. We will not stay again due to the dumpster noise and we cannot recommend staying here due to that. For an average of $362 a night with parking we can find equal or better.

Design of rooms displayed great taste and functionality. The view from the window of the historic church steeple was charming. Temperature control worked perfectly. Well-thought-out design and layout.

Front doors were “automatic” and confusing. Needs better sound proofing from hallway to room.

The interior design of the hotel is very nice, cosy and elegant. You can see the raw wood next to bluish wallpaper and paintings everywhere, which is very very soothing and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was tasty and the fruits were fresh and crisp. The room was spacious. I really appreciated that a small lamp turned on when I woke up from the bed to lighten the way towards the restroom.

The AC was too strong and could not be adjusted to a weaker fan rate. The breakfast selection could have been better.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We had our room serviced each day but that was optional. The location was within walking distance of a lot of things.

Parking was high. But I guess that is expected in downtown. Nothing else to report.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric in Philly. My husband and I stayed there two nights and it was great. Room was very clean. Loved the furniture. Loved the view. Loved the location. Parking was easy at the hotel. All the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, and professional. We would 100% stay there again.

The setup of the shower room and toilet is odd (but there is a sliding door on the toilet) Paper cups to make hot drinks and only 2 of them. The concrete ceiling is odd.

Comfy bed, spacious room with a nice separate bathroom area (and toilet separated from the rest). The room was very clean. The design was nice and the room was rather quiet. Location was good close by bars and in walkable distance to the interesting areas of Phillie.

There was quite a line to check in or out. The parking garage was already full when we arrived, but the one across the street was a good option (and actually half the price! But they did dent our rental car, so I would not recommend it). The bar closes quit early.

Hotel is in a quiet area

Very surprised that I couldn’t buy a cup of coffee at the bar/restaurant at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Man behind the bar simply said no we are not serving coffee

The staff is always super friendly, helpful and nice when we visit Philly. I always pick this hotel due to the location, cost and friendly staff plus clean rooms. Its also located close by many attractions in which you can walk or catch a quick taxi. We love visiting the Reading Terminal market for so many food options when we visit.

No improvements needed...

The location is great to walk around- we walked to Independence Hall - took about 30 minutes- lots of restaurants and shopping

The meals in the hotel are too expensive for what you receive

Location was convenient to subway.

When we arrived the hotel parking deck was full, and we had to look for alternative parking. Then our room floor was dirty. There was no carpet, but it looks like the only spot swipe and bot actually clean the floor. The bathtub was also dirty, it black spots and hair in it. There is no free coffee. You have to pay $4.50 for a cup of coffee at a hotel that cost $300/night.
