The house and amenities were exactly as pictured. All instructions were outlined online as well as in a text. We had some issues with the TV, but the host was very attentive in getting things worked out, even though he was out of town. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The kitchen was stocked with spices and extras in the pantry. The pool and spa were fantastic and the ability to control the temperature from a phone app was appreciated.

Overall the house was good. The manager was responsive when contacted. The internet was pretty bad. The manager did attempt to rest it but we had better luck just using our cell phones. The back yard could use a little TLC.

Had such a great stay! Home was very clean, spacious and the host has gone above and beyond to ensure the home is stocked with everything needed (more than most actually) for a comfortable stay. Communication was great and the pool was perfect for relaxing during the day. This home is great for large families, has plenty of space and the layout is perfect for privacy. Short drive to the strip, close to convenience stores, restaurants, shopping and groceries. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend! We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a nice neighborhood and the host was very friendly and provided us with clear instructions on how to best utilize the features in the house. The check in and check out process was smooth and straightforward. I look forward to staying here again in the near future!

We were there for a little over 2 months! The proximity to everything was wonderful! The house itself was lovely, a bit sparsely decorated & needed some "comforts of home" for that long of a stay but very clean and comfortable. George was great to work with & helped when we needed. My only complaint is the neighborhood. It is not gated and was very loud. Dogs barking and cars getting towed & some renovation construction next door was a bit much at times. But that is really out of anyone's control. Overall, a 4.5 star experience!!

Outstanding communication and extremely pleasant host. We were even allowed an early check in. The unit is nicer than it looks on the post. Appliances look almost new. The house is very very clean and well maintained. It looks to me that this house was remodeled not long ago. BTW you can use the garage. Perfect home.

Our family trip to Vegas was fun because the house was in good location to get around town. The hot tub and pool were great for adults and kids. We watched movies in the movie theater room. The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. It was really comfortable and convenient. We would stay there again.

The property is exactly as it is listed. Checkin process was simple. The host always responded very quickly when I reached out to him. The house is clean and cared for. A remote for the garage was also provided, so that was a nice convenience. The mornings were cool, so we needed a little bit of heat. The thermostats were simple to use and came on quickly. We also used the spa one day. Again, we followed the instructions and everything worked well. The house is furnished well. It is not cluttered. All TVs worked and had simple remotes. We had no problems with anything.
The neighborhood is very quiet - day and night. No traffic noise or loud neighbors. It was nice to be able to sit out by the pool and visit.
Overall, this is is a nice property. You could have the maximum number of people and still be very comfortable.

I'm a disabled veteran so I was there for a medical consult and the house was only 3.6 miles from there. It was a great location groceries and anything else you may need. The house was very clean and the master bath, very nice! It was comfortable. Did not use the pool or jacuzzi and with the exception of some idiot throwing a cigarette but in it, was pretty nice. Did not have any coffee while I was there because the coffee maker needs to be replaced. Not cleaned, replaced. Very quiet location. The house would be great for families. Kids will love it. Overall, a good experience. Thank You

We were looking for a clean and quiet spot away from the strip for our family to stay for a few days, and this worked perfectly.The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. And, we really enjoyed the pool and spa! The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, top notch!! Owner Greg is very responsive if you need to email him. Location is only 10-15 min drive to Red Rock Canyon. 20 mins to strip and 25 to Freemont Street. Also only about 40 minutes from Hoover Dam. Well stocked home , pool area very clean and using the app to control pool and spa was easy to use. We came in late March so Fireplace came in handy. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Would definitely stay here again and my entire family highly recommends this home!!! Love the Man Cave!!

We had a wonderful stay - plenty of room for everyone (grandparents, parents, and 2 kids 5 & 10 years old). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and easy to heat. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed a couple of movies in the home theater. Easy access to the Strip (20-30 minutes), ball park, natural attractions, and airport. Our host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

This house is exactly how it looks in the pictures, very clean very nice. near a lot of stores and restaurants. We brought a bunch of stuff from home like seasonings and other things just to find out George keeps everything stocked!! Little hiccups with jacuzzi on pur first night and George was promped to answer me and fix the issue. Quite neighborhood which we appreciated because we wanted to relax. The bed was so comfortable it felt like mine at home also pillows, I brought my own but did not need to. I totally recommend this home and look forward to booking again with George!!

Great Location
Overall the experience was great. A quick 15-20 min drive to the strip. The house itself was beautiful and stocked. Was thankful to have cold bottle waters in the fridge. The pool was slightly dirty but it had been very windy that week so that was to be expected. Spoke with George, he responded quickly and got it cleaned for us. Looking forward to staying at his property on our next Vegas run

Awesome property with a wonderful host. Convenient access to shopping, restaurants, the Strip, and Red Rock Canyon. Nice neighborhood that made us feel safe and at home. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, and the house was clean, well laid out and stocked with all the amenities of home. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay
The listing was exactly as advertised, great location and close enough to the strip but in Summerlin which is very nice. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc...convenient to the home. Pool and hot tub were great, very clean space inside, rooms are great, just a great stay overall. Host was great, checkin and out went so smooth. Would stay again.

This place was a great location - away from the casino area yet close enough for a quick trip. Even when there were minor problems or questions, George was always there to help us. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing home made for a restful stay!
The home is perfect, from the pool (we didn’t use) to the spa that heated up in minutes to the theater room! The kitchen was well outfitted. Lots of spices and oils. Upon entering the house smelled so clean!!!! The master bed was the best master bed I’ve ever slept in in any Vrbo rental. I slept amazing during the trip. Loved the sunken tub in master bath. Closet was extra big which was super nice. George was always there with any questions or answers. He even let us check in early which was absolutely lovely as we were there for a funeral. I highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay there again. To quote everyone that stayed with us “I haven’t slept that good in years!” Neighborhood was super quiet. Thank you George for everything.
