Beware of the deposit they ask for. At the end of your stay, they will likely claim that you've broken something, deducting a significant fee even for minor issues. Additionally, you may end up spending weeks trying to get your deposit back, with little success.

property was not clean and no toilet roll - not what was advertised on booking.com

Apart from all the problems with the property, at least the beds were comfy.

The location was in a bad feeling neighbourhood. Basic facilities like soap or toilet paper wasn't even provided. The apartment itself was smelly and sticky and poorly cleaned and obviously bad value for money. However this is not a property, rather a London problem.

Great location for our needs was so nice to have the car parked up safely. Beds were comfy and we loved having our own little house before we left. The staff who were in contact with us were fabulous too. Overall we would definitely come here again we thoroughly enjoyed it , great property!

Needed to provide a bit more hand soap and toilet paper

The main issue we find with the property was cleaning at least once a week including change of bed sheets, towels etc., which was not tackled despite of the fact, we called and asked to replace at least towels.

Location very good

We are a family of four, staying seven nights. But we are only provided with two tissue rolls and three towels for the whole period.

Close to tube station and very close to park.

Garden furniture not available for sitting outside.
