The Host and his family were fantastic, nothing to much trouble and very accommodating. Sea front location awesome!

Not much...

We loved the outdoor space, the pool was very clean, the pool table a fantastic asset. The house was very spacious. Unfortunately there was literally nothing open when we were there in the first week of November, fine for us because we had a car but it would have been nicer if there was some kind of life in the area!

The pillows are uncomfortable and there are not enough, and the kitchen needed a few more things like a chefs knife. It would have been nice to use the dishwasher (a few tablets left perhaps?) and there were no drying up cloths.

Amazing Villa and location, only 10 minutes walk into the main square with shops and restaurants. Taxi rank was close by and bus stop to Ciutadella. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 child aged 2 and the villa was perfect for us, beautiful setting, plenty of room and hosts Jose and his family were very helpful in showing us the villa when we arrived. Great communication from Jose before, during and after the holiday. The photos of the villa are true to life and so are the descriptions of the facilities. The villa has the sun on it all day and we had some amazing sunsets while there too. I would definitely recommend this villa, we had the most amazing family holiday 😁

Nothing, we loved the villa.

The outside area was perfect. the view from the poolside was great, over looking the slipway / sea. The outside shower was fantastic and was used by all. We all enjoyed playing pool in the afternoon. Also we had 2 BBQ evenings which was very nice. There's also a large Fridge/Freezer and good oven and Hob. There was 6 adults and a baby in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone, and the upstairs bedroom is massive with a private balcony. Ultity room was also very handy with baby.

The shower curtains in the bathrroms are getting a little tired, but we never used the internal shower anyway.

A warm welcome from very friendly hosts. Excellent views over the cove and ocean. The terrace and balcony were both great areas to sit and relax and the pool was really nice.

My older daughters used one of the downstairs bedrooms which they said could have been better if it had a mirror and a bucket in the bedroom. The upstairs bedroom bed was a little small for 2 people.

The villa is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It is bright and spacious with air conditioning in all of the bedrooms which was much appreciated! The pool and outside area is fantastic with stunning views and private access to the cove/lagoon. The host was very friendly and accommodating, showing us around and handing over the keys. The location is excellent - 5 minute walk from los delfines where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this villa for groups of friends.
