Great position, right in the heart of Nijmegen. The staff were awesome, extremely welcoming and friendly. There was car parking conveniently only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.
If we ever come back to Nijmegen, we would definitely stay here again!!

Super zentrale Lage, direkt auf der ältesten Einkaufsstraße Nimwegens gelegen und umgeben von süßen Läden und schönen Lokalen. Der Balkon ist groß und das Zimmer hell und ordentlich. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem!
Leider ist draußen eine Lüftung, die auch nachts läuft. Zwischendurch geht sie immer wieder aus und springt dann irgendwann wieder an, leider ist das ziemlich laut, so dass schlafen mit offenem Fenster schwierig war.
Die Check Out Zeiten stimmen auch leider nicht. Ich wollte um 8 Uhr aufbrechen, es kam aber erst um 9 Uhr jemand. Anscheinend wurde die Änderung noch nicht bei booking übernommen

Nice room, comfortable bed. The balcony looked really cozy, sadly it was too cold, so we didn't get to use it.
The stairs were extremely steep, so in case of mobility problems it would be hard to get to the room upstairs.

Ants in the living space from the balcony door to the coffee machine and kettle etc.

location was perfect right on the main road, the room was fantastic, really spacious with very nice decor and a great view on the main road.
Also the hotel is a very nice restaurant which is convenient to have a bite.

the staff was great, very friendly and supportive. Location was good, in the city center surrounded with shops and restaurants . the café downstairs was definitely lovely place, always had my coffee there.
it was winter -10 degree outside and the heater was not working properly , the room was always at 17-18 degrees inside which was making it cold at nights. Also there was no hair dryer in the room.

Location is great, but the hotel / cafe was closed when we arrived at 20:30.
Room #5 was 12C at arrival and never got above 16C overnight.

Location was great, nice to have Cafe in building. View of steeple clock in night was breathtaking.
Kitchen was lacking a few essentials and room service was confusing. Stairs were quite steep and narrow...especially 3 flights.

The rooms are big and stylish
I stayed there for 7 days and no housekeeping at all. There wasn't breakfast, but I knew that from the beginning. The main problem was with the cleaning, they never cleaned the room and the sheets were torn and full of holes.

The position is very good despite the rest is pretty bad.
Cleaning is really bad. There was no daily cleaning and there is no reception. Even the terrace was dirty. Just to resume, this is not a hotel, but an hostel. The hotel main entrance (see below). Smelly and dirty

Excellent location, friendly staff, very comfortable place to stay. The layout of the apartment is fantastic with a nice outside area to sit.
Unless I missed it, a bar fridge would be a nice-to-have in the room. Also lacking some lighting in parts of the apartment.

The central location, the view and the staff are friendly. The room for three is really comfortable and everything you need for a short stay.
The stairs to the room are a bit of trek but this happens with older places in Europe.
