This spot was everything we could hope for. The check process was smooth and anytime we need to ask questions or concerns the owner was ready and available to take the call or respond promptly.would definitely return, worth every penny and will recommended to all.

Had another great stay at this property. This place has everything you would need including a commercial ice machine for all your icing needs.

Pete's place is perfect. Close to Laughlin and the lake, super clean, great amenities, and very helpful if needed. Can't wait to come back again.

Check in process very easy. Condo very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and couch. Nothing bad to say about this place! Perfect location to the River, Casinos and lake! Definitely would recommend!

This condo was very nicely decorated in a quiet location. There were lots of nice amenities. All rooms had large smart TV’s. The rooms were large and spacious.

Pete was very quick to respond with any questions I had. The Condo was very clean and Very Quiet. I loved how all the seasoning and spices were still left from previous guests, saved us $$ and having to have room in our suitcase. Having shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer was also a nice touch!! Flying is horrible when it comes to bringing stuff like that with you, so thank you!!

We travel at least 3 times a year and this is by far the best condo/townhouse we have rented. It is comfortable, clean, visually pleasing and spacious! The property manager is very responsive. All of the basics are provided. The online tour and pictures do not do it justice!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's a great property! I really loved the set up. No detail missed! Close to river, lake and casinos. Beds are very comfy!! I will be booking again when we return to this area. Thank you Pete for a great place

We will definitely be staying here again! Location was perfect and the property was nice/clean! Rooms were very spacious and a gate was provided for the stairs which made it perfect and safe for our daughter.

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our family and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean, close to river, and owner was easy to communicate with.

This condo was perfect for our big family. With 4 nice and spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all of us had plenty of space to move around. It was clean, nicely furnished and special attention was given to provide you with everything you needed for your stay. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well equipped the kitchen was. It even had a top of the line coffee maker with a variety of coffee pod options/flavors! I’ve rented a lot of places before, but this is the first time I find one of these. That was very thoughtful. A crockpot was available as well as a nice blender. These things might not be so important to most, but since we cooked most of our meals there, it was great to have all the tools needed and more. Pete was flexible and available. I really appreciated his accommodating nature. Very quick to respond to our inquires. Overall, this condo surpassed our expectations. We will definitely look into staying here next time we come to the river. No need to stay in crowded and smelly hotels anymore. My only recommendation would be to have the option for a refundable security deposit (for damage) on hold instead of paying the damage insurance premium required. We made sure we took very good care of the place and left it as clean as we could, but we still had to pay the damage insurance fee. The price for this place is great; it is the extra fees that add almost three times to the final dollar amount. Other than that, it was a perfect! Thank you Pete! You have an awesome place.

The Condo was great! Perfect for 2 families. Clean, nice, & spacious. Pete (the owner) was always ready to help on any questions we had. We would definitely rent again.
