Close to the strip and downtown. Clean great fenced in back yard. Would stay again.

I rented this home for over a week. Great location and close to the Branson Landing. Large fenced in backyard for my two schnauzers, who chased squirrels daily! Ha! When I’m back in Branson, this will be my first choice!

Eventhough the property is located next to a busy street, it is tucked in off a side street and the traffic did not bother us at all. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the yard is fully fenced which was great for our pup. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have closet space. Very nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean.

Love to stay here. Very convenient for us.

Beautiful old stone cottage right off the main road in Branson just minutes from all the attractions. Despite being so close to the main strip, it still feels secluded because it is nestled behind a grove of trees. Large backyard with privacy fence provides lots of outdoor space. Large kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, covered parking. Excellent place to stay if you're visiting Branson.

Great location and clean home. Backyard is a big plus.

Everything was great. If you stay in the king bedroom, you will hear some road noise. You won’t in the other two bedrooms. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would suggest would be to change out the mirror that is in the bathroom between the two bedrooms. It’s decorative and very pretty, but not really functional. I am 5’4” and when I stood in front of it, all I could see was my forehead. I would prefer a mirror that I could use to put on my make up with. Not a dealbreaker. I would stay there again.

1st of all the house was very clean and great fenced in yard. Several people have complained about the sofas in the living room. They all are correct! Black leather couch with broken spring. Very uncomfortable after along drive. Black tape in spots. People have complained about this for over a year.

Upon arrival could not access property. Very difficult to get access door code from owner. Waited on hold with VRBO and they couldn’t reach owner either. Finally after 45 minutes to an hour the owner called us back with code. Property is lacking maintenance. Home is in good location close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had one minor issue which was resolved immediately by the manager. Quiet area with nice patio and spacious yard. Great location in Branson.

The house was beautiful. It had a nice location for attractions at first I thought the neighborhood looked a little sketchy but it was nice and quiet and peaceful. The only small issues we had but were no big deal was we couldn’t get the gas grill to light, a few candy wrappers and such under beds, and the critter in the back yard running in and out of the shed. Like I said, none of it was a big deal. Overall it was a great experience.

Nicely cared for; historic home that’s been completely renovated. If you like being right off the strip in a quiet location with a backyard and small porch you’ll love this place.

Very nice, private, easy to access and close to attractions. Plenty of room, AC a little loud. Owner made contact and asked if we had amy needs. We loved it and would stay again. Very clean, well stocked and new appliances.

We loved the house and will be booking again for our next trip to Branson.

No better location, 10 yards off the 76 strip. Unique remodeled100 year old stone house that was very clean and quiet except for traffic which doesn’t bother me. Great place for dogs because it has large fenced in backyard. It’s walking distance to a pizza joint and a great Mexican restaurant, La casa de Fuentes, I think is the name. We hope to be back.

The house was cute and charming. Location was convenient to highway and main strip however it’s in a more rundown section of the area. Traffic noise can get a little loud as well. Plenty of beds which we really appreciated but many were uncomfortable. And forget relaxing after a long day of touring the fun museums because the couches are horrible. The AC unit simply can’t keep up with the house or is possibly calibrated wrong. It was 85° outside during part of our stay and we could not get the house to cool down. Thankfully Missouri weather brought storms that night and it was 60° the rest of our week. We enjoyed the TVs, streaming and internet available. We did run out of toilet paper. I contacted the owner when we had half a roll left to see where more was stored and the housekeeper had to drop it off the next morning. Prompt response but I wish I’d known there was none on site because I would have let her know sooner. There are no samples of soap or shampoo or anything so don’t forget your own. Barely any spices in the kitchen. Only one pod for laundry soap. For the price of this rental, I would recommend adding a bit more personal touches and home like amenities. It’s not supposed to feel like a hotel. Overall, I’m still giving it 4 stars because it is a really good rental and my comments are not dealbreakers but for a family who’s stayed in dozens of VRBOs, this one is lacking in just that one hospitality area to really make it great.

My family and dog stayed at this property for spring break. The inside is entirely updated and the large fenced in back yard was awesome for our kids and dog. The house is close to everything on the main strip. We walked to the Dolly Parton Stampede and everything else was just a couple minute drive away. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. We had a clogged shower drain and she offered to have the service man come over immediately and fix it. It's nice to have a property manager who is willing to make your stay the best it can be.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family that includes three kids and two dogs. It's close to everything, literally everything. Two full bathrooms, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fenced in backyard, and close to everything that we wanted to experience in Branson. Busy road, nearby business and neighboring mobile home community we're not issues during our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Branson.

This was a very nice house that was very close to the strip where all the attractions are. Plus there is a convenience store right around the corner. I would definitely choose this house again when I go back to Branson.

The living room furniture was futon and daybed. Neither ideal for back and neck posture to watch tv. The house is at 85 degrees in summer until air cools off which took 3 hours as was 100 outside.

My Family came to visit from Texas and we all wanted to stay together! This house was perfect! Location, design, privacy and room! We would stay here again anytime we have family visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice. The beds were so comfortable. The only thing we didn’t have and needed was dish towels and rags. Also needed a large roaster pan.

Wonderful little house right on the end of the strip. It was my husband and I, our 2 children and my father in law and out aussie. It was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood looked iffy pulling up but we were not bothered at all and no issues at all!! Truly the only "complaint" we had was the grass in the backyard had not been trimmed and the last renters had not cleaned up after thier pets. These were both mostly out of the control of the owner. A lawn crew did show up on our 4th night. The house itself was absolutely perfect and we will definitely try to rent again on our next Branson visit!
