The location was fantastic, and the rooms were quiet and well designed.

The curtains didn't fully close, so we woke up very early (not too terrible, but that would be my only complaint)

The location was fantastic. Right in the centre of everything. Shops, restaurants and beach close by. Rooms were very clean. Kettle, fridge in each room. Lift on site too. Parking was very handy. Would stay again. Handy for families.

Rooms got hot but they had fans. Some shampoo would have been a bonus. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms weren't serviced. We did get more towels on request though.

I loved the convenience of a parking garage for our stay! it really minimized the stress of having car park charges. The location was in the most perfect location with the beach just a short walk away. It was an excellent stay with my family.

Would have been great to have 2 double beds as the Z bed was not super comfortable for my daughter.

Separate upstairs room for our daughter- really lovely Comfy bed, quality bedding, great location, free parking, quiet, well maintained Secure garage which the proprietor generously extended on our departure of room to enable us to stay in Lyme Regis for the day without additional parking fees- very kind gesture! No pressure to check out at 10am, we had our room until departing at 11.30 This accommodation is wonderful, very highly recommended especially good value considering location and parking

Tea tray had no sugar, old milk Knobs not secure on cupboards which need securing for opening

Didn't eat at Largigi. Restaurant is some distance away along seafront. Probably great normally but during my visit there were southerly gales and heavy rain for much of the time. Very bracing, but sometimes hard to stand up! High street more sheltered and many fine restaurants and bars, just around the corner from quiet street where rooms and garage are. Also interesting shops so location was really great and Lyme Regis is a lovely, interesting town.

Satnav took me straight to garage door. Entered code, it didn't open! A man appeared from across the road. Just a neighbour I think. He entered code. Opened pedestrian door and pressed button inside to open roller shutter. He had done same for a lady half an hour earlier. Not mentioned in joining instructions. Heating was on most of the time but not always, particularly one cold night! Someone, maybe remotely, fixed it. I didn't have a contact number so couldn't report heating or ask for extra toilet rolls! Didn't see housekeeping but I think hardly anyone else saying. Only complimentary toiletry was some hand wash which didn't work very well! Fortunately I brought my own and purchased extra toilet roll from nearby shop! I could have asked for help at the restaurant but I explained about the Hurricane. Generally a great place but sorting out my negative points would result in higher scores. John Martin Falmouth

amazing location with great secure parking. Small but well laid out rooms.

Funny smell when we entered the room, which turned out to be a leaking toilet, which was a shame as otherwise the space was immaculate. Contacted the property to flag the issue, but rather than apologise or offer to fix the issue, they just said thanks for letting them know, which wasn’t the response I had expected or hoped for.

sink wasn’t working properly and no bedding for 4th bed on arrival but got sorted really quickly by owner on arrival so didn’t impact on our holiday

central location, on site parking, lovely light and airy premises. staff always friendly and helpful

Location was excellent as centre of town and minutes from water front. Room was clean, tidy and modern. Parking was needed and very convenient off road and private.

A shelf in the in bathroom would be handy to put toiletries on for easy access. Not a view really but at the end of the day we were wanting a place to put our heads and the views minutes away were fantastic. There was noise from cars in the parking area which is ok during the day but would not be good early or too late!

Amazing location, spotlessly clean, fab communication with the owners, brilliant secure parking facilities. Travelling with my 86 year old nan, the lift was brilliant!

room was a little small, no chair in the room so difficult to open velux windows (we are vertically challenged 🤣).

close to beach pubs takeaways and pubs/ restaurants. very comfortable beds. very clean bed linens and thick towels. clean carpets. clean fridge was a bonus. nice view. clean bathroom. great to have secure free parking and a lift.

cups hadn’t been washed when we arrived could do with a shelf in bathroom by sink. not sure if property is advertised as disabled friendly. if so, it grab rails in shower and non slip shower tray or mat would be helpful and grab rail(s) by toilet. some of the tile grout in shower could do with a deep clean. overall very happy with accommodation and we’d stay there again
