This hotel is in a great location. Our room was large and clean. The pool is right on the beach. We had drinks and snacks on the beach chairs provided which were great.

PERFECT LOCATION!!! right on the beach with a cozy beach bar, stunning views, and directly on the strip for easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. this town was perfect and so was the staff. especially the beach bar owner! Alex was there every day and got to know our family well. this was the trip of a lifetime!

The apartment was nice, clean and with good facilities, good air conditioning to keep cool. Housekeeping is provided every day except Sundays, towels and linen changed every 2 days. Great location with direct access to the beach and nice views from the balcony. Pleasant housekeeping staff.
The breakfast was extra cost and was poor in quality (surprising as food in Platanias is generally excellent), also service was haphazard so we did not eat there after the first day.
Apartment guests do not have right to stay at the sun-loungers on the beach, you are forced to order something at the bar or pay an additional rental fee.

Fantastic location, really clean hotel, friendly staff. We have a two bedroom apartment. The place was so well looked after. we will certainly return.

The room was very spacious. The location is really good. It is located in the centre of Platanias but it’s quiet at the same time. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was made every day.
The sheet had a hole and in general the rest of the sheets were not in good condition. Also the balcony was not clean. We would appreciate also soaps and shampoos instead of the dispenser.

This is a gem of an apartment/hotel. The staff are so kind and welcoming - really special people. I stayed in 208 - the patio was as big the unit with incredible views. The bed was comfy as was the sofa. Great shower too! And the location cannot be beat in this area of Crete. I can’t say enough about the property. All around wonderful place

The room was clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped. There was a nice hotel restaurant, with delicious food and drinks. Apartments were located next to the beach but also next to restaurants, souvenir shops, and caffeeterias. I recommend this place.
There was very weak wifi signal not only in the room but also in the lobby

The location cannot be better, the hotel is located right on the long beach, and our room had a great sea view. The kitchen is rather small and hidden into a closet, but it had everything we needed. Good service in the cafe and a very comfortable bed.
