it was nice and quiet but would definitely be very busy in summer beds. was very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and warm, nice touch with the bikes but didn't use them

the sofa wasn't very comfortable and it definitely needs updating the main bedroom was too small if you we're on the big side you wouldn't be able to get in the bed at the sides wardrobe needed cleaned

Perfect location, Lovely caravan. Very homely and comfortable. Hot-tub was a added bonus. Very much a relaxed atmosphere. Owners were very helpful with anything that was needed. Overall a very pleasant stay and will be back next year (hopefully more than once.) 10 / 10 in all areas.

The hot tube was lovely and the owner was very helpful

it needs a deep clean, furniture full of stains and the outside egg chair just looks sad. the location of the caravan meant that everyday the planes would fly over and make the caravan shake, we’ve traveled with a three month old which made him scream each time.

There was nothing I didn't like

There was only 1 frying pan, and no plastic bowls or jugs for cooking in the microwave

location and spec of the unit. great for a couple to spend a chilled long weekend.

Swan view retreats was fabulous. It was located a short walk from the main area for food etc. The accomadation itself was beautiful, the beds were comfty spacious living and dining area with two decking areas so we could move with the sun. Perfect for families with lots of personal touches like childrens scooters and toys. The hottub was incredible and of perfect temperature. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish and very attentive and quick responding to messages providing us with all information before arrival of things we can do and how to book prior to our stay. We had an incredible time and hope to be back visiting soon.

We have no faults it was a magnificient weekend

Our first time at Tattershall and we would definitely return. The site had great links to Skegness and Lincoln making a great day out. The hot tub and outdoor furniture/space was good, especially with the weather being so warm it meant we could enjoy the sun more. There was a lot of space in the caravan as well which was really good. The host were really friendly in advance to our stay.

We couldn’t get the oven to work which as we chose not to get the entertainment passes we wanted to cook more which was a struggle with only the hob. There was also only 2 pans which were very unclean when we found them and the handles were falling off which also wasn’t great. One side of the double bed had a large dip in it meaning it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, a great stay.

The communication from the owners was fantastic. The caravan was very stylish.

There wasn't enough utensils. We could have done with a larger knife a cheese grater and another oven tray.

cooker didn’t work tv didn’t work broken items that the owner messaged me to apologise for then later on blamed me for the damages and then blocked my number the hot tub was filthy that both my children have been porley since retuning home !! told me I needed a entertainment pass to enter the swimming and parks which cost £160 and was not the case at all . we left a day early will not return and would not recommend.

Lovely stay had everything we needed, cooker didn’t work so messaged the host he told us what to do and was very friendly. They put chemicals in the hot tube was clean and all laid out. Great stay and we all want to return. Thankyou

Still didn’t get the cooker to work but other than that excellent stay and grill and stove worked fine.

The hot tub was amazing it was like the final peice to a an amazing puzzle. Loved the fact that there was something for all ages. Will definatly be booking up again. We came home and immediately started looking at dates to return.

Booked as a last minute escape over the Christmas period. Very cold weather but the hot tub was amazing. Caravan beautiful and warm! Nothing too much trouble for the owners or any of the staff that we asked for help. Had a fantastic break.

The property was excellent, had all you would need and more . It’s about a 10 minute walk to main facilities. The hot tub was a lovely addition to the holiday

The mattresses on the small beds need replacement two out of the four are very lumpy with springs ,

Brilliant communication with the owners which was very good as we had not been to this resort before. The caravan was very clean and nicely set up ready for occupation. We were 5 adults, 1 child and a baby and we managed very well with the space, good sized kitchen and lounge area, 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds, one shower room with a toilet and also a separate toilet. The hot tub was great and used each day and it was checked every morning by the onsite maintenance team. The bonus was watching all the Lancaster and Spitfire planes flying over in formation, some on their own and one even did a loop the loop from the Battle Of Britain site nearby. Also a couple of jets flew over from the RAF base which you heard before you saw them, amazing. Tattershall resort is very good for outdoor pursuits and the onsite facilities were very good, just could do with better shop & takeaway food, all the staff were extremely helpful. Recommend 49 Swan View for a great staycation.

The Tattershall resort could really do with an on site fish and chip shop and a pizza takeaway, otherwise I recommend taking all your food with you, however we did see a couple of supermarket delivery trucks delivering on site.

The property itself was very spacious and spotless. We had everything we needed, the hosts were amazing and communicated so well with me before, during and after our stay. Tattershall lakes is beautiful with so much to do on site, staff so welcoming it was a really lovely weekend away with friends, we will definitely be returning !

Everything was amazing.

Really comfy van with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Amazing outside space to the front and side of the caravan with a hottub as well. The van was really clean with a freezer and big fridge. We loved the location because of the great view of the typhoons coming in to land at conningsby . Might be a bit noisy for some people. The facilities were about 1 mile away but its a really pleasant walk and we loved the location due to it being quiet.
