We had a great stay at this property. I definitely recommend this home. The kitchen is well furnished and everything was clean. There are plenty of pool toys for kids and adults. Thanks for a great property.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve vacationed at in many years. The house is exactly as pictured. The house itself is very spacious and the backyard is amazing! In addition it is stocked with so many extras not usually seen in rental properties. Charlie is great! Very responsive and easy to work with. We have already booked again for next year and look forward to returning.

This house is fantastic, great location and nicely appointed kitchen. Pool towels, bath towels and a few bathroom essentials is included. Just a great place!

Very clean property. Ample room for everyone. Large back yard with plenty of pool toys and entertainment for the kids. Charlie was great in all aspects of communicating with us and providing us with very clear and easy to understand instructions. We will definitely come back and recommend this property!

This property was our home away from our Canadian home for the past 3 months! Our host Charlie was amazing and an excellent communicator. The property was pristine and very clean, and the beds, pillows, and linens were of great quality. Bathrooms are well stocked with the extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, make-up removal towels, and blow dryers. Nice touches. The showers have lots of pressure and hot water. There were no surprises along the way from the time of our online booking to our arrival 6 months later. Charlie kept in touch frequently and helped us navigate our long-term stay with clear information such as the cost to heat the pool and hot tub The house is very high tech with great audio and video features inside the home. Lots of TV/Netflix options and music sources. Everything is in perfect working order. The pool is professionally maintained twice a week and the gardener comes once a week. Garbage disposal is curbside once a week. Professional housekeeping is available at an extra cost but well worth it plus they will launder the bed linens. The property exceeded our expectations with so many extras. Like the outdoor TV and bar fridge. It’s a huge yard, so a nice mix of sun and shade all day. A lot of citrus trees on the property, so it’s fun to pick your own lemons, limes, and oranges. The outdoor fire table was enjoyable, especially on those chilly evenings. The kitchen has every appliance and amenities to comfortably prepare meals, including a gas range, outdoor BBQ, and great dishwasher. The ice maker pumps out lots of ice so making slushy drinks is no problem with the industrial blender! The kitchen also has 2 wine/beverage fridges. It’s a short Uber ride to downtown ($8.00 to $11.00 one way) and there are so many wonderful restaurants to check out and enjoy! Lots of activities happening in and around Palm Springs and easy to get around. Golf is reasonably priced and a lot of public courses that are very close to the property. We enjoyed every minute of our time and would rate Charlie and his property 10 stars if we could!!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children 7 & 9 spent a delightful week enjoying the house and visiting nearby attractions. The kids particularly loved the pool, and even the planes taking off were part of the entertainment.
