Claudia, Managerin der Unterkunft, war extrem professionell. Auf alle Anfragen binnen Minuten reagiert.

Metallstiege zum Bett, das auf der Empore war. Kein Tisch, an dem man etwas tun konnte (essen, lesen,….).

Solo una puntualizzazione: La colazione è gestita da un bar che offre molto, ma nel prezzo è compreso una bevanda e una brioche. Ci sta perché siamo in bassa stagione, ma è riduttiva rispetto alla struttura molto carina

La posizione è centralissima e la persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e ci ha consigliato un buon ristorante dove cenare. .

L'immobile ha completamente perso la sua anima per una ristrutturazione decisamente aggressiva come si usa fare oggi. Il fascino che doveva avere un tempo lo si intuisce solo vagamente dai gradini in pietra della scala comune e dal soffitto in mattoncini della camera tutto il resto è stato stravolto e sostituito da materiali moderni e sintetici (a partire dal portone su strada che è di plastica!) che hanno cancellato completamente il genius loci...e questo è il più grande dispiacere. Detto ciò noi abbiamo alloggiato qui in una fredda notte di gennaio e nel letto abbiamo trovato un trapuntino leggero e nessuna coperta extra. Il riscaldamento con split diffondeva aria calda ma non ha risolto la situazione. Inoltre proprio davanti al letto è montata una luce di emergenza il cui led verde molto luminoso è rimasto acceso per tutta la notte. Al mattino presto rumori di strada...insomma notte difficile. Probabilmente d'estate è tutto diverso

Struttura storico, ma le stanze formate davvero belle ; arredate con passione, sebbene alla buona.

Rumore tutto il giorno ( e la notte ), sopratutto a causa un impianto elettrico al tetto.

Evth was perfect

This property, is so beautifully decorated, although it’s got all the Mod cons it’s really comfortable and cosy! I stayed here with my 23 year old son I slept on the bed sofa, it was the nost comfortable bed sofa I’ve ever slept on. The location is superb! Right in the center but tucked away from the crowds so it’s tranquil. My reason for this trip was to buy a house myself in the beautiful town of Vasto, I’ll be definitely coming back to stay here when finalising this with my house. Thank you Claudia & Stephano for make our trip so lovely.

Everything

It was a modern flat in a perfect location near shops, restaurants, bars. The property had everything we needed and some nice little touches like bottled water, coffee, cookies, jam. The team were amazingly friendly, accommodating to our requests and looked after us very well. Claudia was there to welcome us to the property and greet us with a smiling face everyday. We really enjoyed the central location which was perfect for walking around the Old Town whenever we wanted. There was also a small kitchen with all the necessary amenities to cook for yourself (the local market Santa Chiara is nearby with amazing produce) and the coffee machine was very helpful too! I was working from home most days and the wifi was super quick, plus there was a bakery and macelleria on Via Sta Maria that was great for grabbing a quick meal during my working days. We were there during the heatwave but did not suffer as there was sufficient airconditioning in the property. Overall, I highly recommend it - great value for money indeed!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Fantastic location in the heart of Vasto and very close to the beautiful costa dei Trabocchi. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the beds very comfortable and the roof terrace is top for aperitivo, dinner, or anything you fancy. I highly recommend it.
