La très jolie piscine privée, refaite en mars 2020, est entièrement protégée contre les moustiques par une moustiquaire. My partner and I travel around the States a lot, and can honestly say this was one of the best properties we have experienced. We were only here for a few days as part of our Honeymoon, but wish we could have stayed much longer! The pool area is clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The property itself is truly spectacular and perfect for couples and families. This will certainly not be the last time we stay here. The hosts are also incredibly helpful and attentive. My family and I enjoyed an amazing vacation at this beautiful home! It had many comforts of home to make it perfect for our family (my husband and I along with our 3 teenage kids). The property was nicely close to all of the theme parks, which was nice since we went to 6 of them. The home's excellent wifi allowed us to score the coveted virtual queues for Guardians of the Galaxy, Tron, and the lighting lane for Tiana's Bayou Adventure.We were ecstatic! After walking an average of 18,000 plus steps per day, it was so nice to come home to this gorgeous, air conditioned home. On our 2 much-needed rest days, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool, watching the ducks and drinking in the calming view of the lake. There's no way a hotel could ever match up to having a whole house where each teen got his/her own room. I also loved having access to a washer and dryer so we didn't have lots of dirty and wet clothes filling our suitcases. Catherine and Jean-Daniel are top-notch at communicating before, throughout, and even after the trip to make sure everything went smoothly. We loved our whole vacation, and choosing this property was a great part of that!

Our family really enjoyed staying at the property. The house was clean and very organized. We love the private pool since my son is on the spectrum he cannot deal with loud or crowded place. The private pool is the best thing for us, plus it really helped when the weather was over 100 degree. We will definitely rent again if we come back to Kissimmee. The house and amenities were as presented in Vrbo. The young children (plus select adults) enjoyed the pool daily!! Both the hosts and property manager were very responsive to our messages and phone calls. Inside the house all pertinent information was clearly displayed with signage. The master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm for our preferences.

We had a wonderful time staying at Catherine and Jean-Daniel’s Florida home! Communication was excellent throughout.
We were travelling with our 3 daughters (2.5, 4.5, 6) and my in-laws, and there was plenty of space for us all. The girls especially loved the pool which was shallow enough for them to comfortably play for hours! It was chilly while we were there, but the pool was warm enough they didn’t mind! I will note that after a long time playing my kiddos got cuts on their feet from the rough surface on the bottom of the pool, but water shoes solved that problem easily. The kids also loved playing at the playground within the community.
The home is well equipped with everything you may need, especially in the kitchen! A booster seat was provided for our youngest, and there was a pack and play available. At first we found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable and harder than we are accustomed to, but by the end of our trip we were used to it and were sleeping well!
Our only criticism is the location. We were close to the Disney Parks and lots of stores, but the traffic was pretty terrible and we didn’t always feel the safest outside of the community. The home is in a secure gated community so we felt very safe at the home, but once we left there were a lot of people around who seemed to be un-homed or dealing with addiction problems; but sadly this is a systemic problem many places.
We would absolutely return again, thank you for a wonderful stay in your home!

Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags were inadequate. Televisions were not easy to operate. Directions for unlocking the Pool slider were inadequate. Door was locked at the bottom and took a long time to figure it out. Otherwise a nice property. Thank you

Stayed for a fortnight with family. Very clean and well appointed, the villa was great and the pool was warm from the start, and ideal for our 2 year old granddaughter.
No problems at all during our stay and communications/information with Catherine and Jean-Daniel was first class.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa for 2.5 weeks, as a group of four adults and 3 kids. The villa is exactly as listed, very light and spacious, with everything you need. It is an ideal location for all of the parks and International Drive, within a secure gated community, and we really appreciated the fact that it backs onto the lake. The hosts were excellent, with fantastic clear communication throughout. We would definitely stay at this villa again if we returned.

Nice house and outlook, I think it’s in the middle of a renovation as some of the furniture is looking tired and the water cooler on the fridge was not useable due to a black substance. Would benefit from more seating in the living area to accommodate total number of guests. Be careful to include all guests and potential visitors as there is a cost for extras. Our biggest issue was we were locked out of the property and asked several times what time we were leaving to allow the cleaners in, we left before our check out time.

Everything was as pictured, there was a ton of towels which was great, and the location was great as well. There were 7 of us and it was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and were helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We stayed for a week whilst visiting Disney, the villa is clean, well kept, well equipped and has comfortable beds. The pool was great for us (we have a 5 and 9 year old), the pool was shallow enough for our five year old at one end. The location is great, just off the 195 between mile marker 14 and 15. We arrived very late and all the communication from Catherine and Jean-Daniel made it easy to find and get in. We couldn't get the TV to work on arrival and just assumed it was us being tired - woke up to an email from Catherine and Jean-Daniel to say our pre-arrival checks had determined the TV was faulty and would be replaced. By 10am the following morning a couple of men arrived and installed a brand new TV - couldn't ask for more from a host when there is a an issue. I would recommend the house and highly recommend Catherine and Jean-Daniel as hosts.

Where do we start…we stayed at this home last year and we couldn’t wait to return again this year! We we’re excited to see some additional home improvements - like new floorings and upgraded furnishings.
The home is certainly a home away from home which we all feel very much safe and comfortable in. The gated community gives you extra security and protection during your stay. The pool area gets the sun most of the day and you get to see some wonderful sunsets.
The owners are outstanding and are on call for any questions before or during your stay.
We cannot recommend this home enough! We will definitely be returning to our new favourite place!

I came to stay at this wonderful villa for 17 nights with my family, including our 4 children aged between 7-10. The villa was perfect for us; spacious, clean, well equipped, and it’s perfectly situated for trips to Disney and all other amenities. The pool was fab, the children were in it at every opportunity!
Communication from the owners was flawless from start to finish. They are such lovely people and are always prompt to respond. They very kindly helped us out with a slight glitch we had at the end of the stay, and we are very grateful for the help.
I’m so sad our vacation has come to an end but look forward to rebooking this villa in the future.

The house, property, and pool are well-maintained and very clean. The residence is near enough to all the attractions but still located in a peaceful quiet gated neighborhood. If you love watching winged wildlife, while sipping coffee by the pool in the morning, or with a drink in the early evening, this place is for you!

The resort was easy to find and conveniently located close to grocery options. The gate staff are all so kind, welcoming, and friendly. The home itself was easy to find once within the community. The door code made check-in a breeze. The appliances function, the layout of the home was great, the pool was nice and the visiting ducks were adorable.
The upstairs was really warm for sleeping during one or two nights of our stay which is surprising for me (a naturally cold person) to mention. A small bedroom fan would be desirable. The queen bed downstairs was quite comfortable, but all of the other beds are much more firm than we are used to. The pillows weren’t a style that we found enjoyable either. That was certainly the downfall of our stay. It’s hard to feel rejuvenated on your vacation when your resting spot doesn’t meet your needs. Everyone has different sleeping preferences though.
The kitchen did not have a Chef’s knife, a deep 12” skillet, or a sheet tray. We were able to quickly drive to a local grocer to buy them though. The kitchen knives are definitely in need of sharpening!
Note for management company; The batteries in one of the many Living room TV remotes need to be replaced.
It was nice to have several basics provided for us; bed linens, towels, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, salt, and some coffee.
For accommodations in the Orlando area, this is definitely a good one! There are so many awful listings that disappoint once you arrive. My notes above are very detailed, but we would recommend this listing if you’re young and don’t have any injuries that require a more cushioned sleeping experience. I’m a healthy 32 year-old and the upstairs queen bed made me feel quite stiff. You can get a foam mattress topper at the local grocer in the home department.

We have just spent 10 days at this lovely, comfortable property. As a family of 5 adults the villa gave us plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool, really great to use after long days at Universal. The kitchen was plenty big enough and we were able to cook meals.
We chose to not hire a car and used Uber/Lyft instead, it is approx 30 mins to Universal and we didn’t wait more than 5/10 mins each way. Walmart is approx 20 mins walk away, we arranged a large delivery for arrival and topped up during our stay. Owners were really helpful in answering our queries and Adrian who manages the property was great.

The owners made everything easy. Catherine and Jean- Daniel were great and very responsive The house was as pictured. This home had everything. I loved watching all of the ducks, from the pool.
The only small thing I would suggest adding ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. As the air conditioning is permanently set.
This is our new favorite rental home.

Very Nice but not perfect
The home was really nice but our stay had some challenges. The things that went wrong with our stay weren’t really the property owner’s fault so it wouldn’t be fair to subtract stars, but we definitely didn’t get the experience the listing promised. The houses and pools are only separated by about 3 feet and the neighbor on the right does NOT have the same rental rules and standards as this property. We were bombarded by screaming, profanity, racism, smoking (pot and cigarettes) and they grilled right on the pool deck. It was so loud and smoky that my one daughter didn’t use the pool the entire trip. And we are an easy going family but it was crazy -they had so many guests next door that at one point they had cars parked sideways in the driveway. Our rental owner was as upset as we were but there wasn’t anything done.
The good things about the rental are the home is really lovely and the owners are thorough and responsive and very kind. Plenty of towels for the pool and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I do think the owners should supply a few more basic things like trash bags and toilet paper; especially since we were given such explicit directions on how to manage the trash. I had to buy everything from hand soap to salt and pepper.
Overall I think the house was great and our stay would’ve been really nice if the community was as strict as we were led to believe. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they care. But definitely be warned that if you get unruly neighbors, the properties are so tightly packed together that it will become your problem.

A home away from home!
My family and I have just returned from the most magical trip to Orlando.
We cannot fault the owners and their villa. I asked many questions prior to our arrival which were answered swiftly and effectively. The owners are always at the end of a message/email if you have any queries during your stay.
There were plenty of helpful notices around the villa to ensure you could use all the TVs, air-con and sliding doors with no issues. The villa came with everything you needed and certainly was a home from home. Walmart is just around the corner so we could stock up on any household items, food or drinks.
The location of the property is perfect! It is located in a very safe and gated community which had security guards checking you in each time to ensure only registered visitors could enter, this made us feel very safe. The villa also has a unique code to access - again making you feel secure. Lake Berkeley is just off the 192 and approximately 20 minutes from the Disney area.
The villa itself is just as advertised and the views are breathtaking. I’m going to miss waking up and looking over the lake each day! The pool was perfect and the surroundings were very well kept and clean.
I cannot fault this property or the very helpful and professional owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Kissimmee.
