No TV in room

The area is very near the port and the shower is lovely. They got has our get to go bags as we couldn't stay for breakfast so it made our trip easier.

The room has near some laundry machine. You could listen to it at night.

The property was very clean and the staff very friendly

If there was anything to complain about it was the water pressure in the shower

Nice breakfast with English breakfast cocked from order. Muesli, corn flakes & fruits also available. Easy to find with some parking slots on the street. Hotel has also 6 parking slots in front of bar. Nice and friendly, helpful staff in the kitchen. Clean room with nice, small bed. Check in was fast and smooth via email instructions.

Small room with small bed for tall and wide man. Also corridor is narrow and head was bent during walks on the second floor. Shore is far away from hotel and car is preferable.

Had everything you need in the room, was a nice size. Bathroom wall is stunning! Food in the bar downstairs was so well priced, really tasty and a great atmosphere! Beautiful back garden and quite high up gives a lovely view!

Very cold when I arrived, turned on the heating as soon as I got in. Didn’t take very long to heat up.

The room was well decorated and looked lovely and modern the staff in the bar and serving breakfast were all friendly

The room was tiny you were unable to walk past the end of the bed comfortably the shower had no door so leaked onto the floor also poor pressure, There was no TV or even a radio ? The blinds were not fit for purpose as as soon as the sun came up the room was flooded with light, The emergency light above the door was so bright it was like attempting to sleep in a traffic light. You didn't check in so we didn't actually speak to anyone about our stay there it's very much geared to no contact which I can only assume is due to covid restrictions but we have stayed at other places and been greeted and checked in it felt very impersonal, The breakfast was nice but you didn't really get a choice and there were limited options in the continental breakfast

Pretty location. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Nice pub, reasonable breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Pub was not serving food that night and very few facilities in surrounding area. No TV in room. Room quite small. Breakfast was nice although would have liked some more healthier choices e.g. High fibre cereal and brown bread.

Decor in the rooms was lovely. Modern touches.

Bed slightly hard. Shower was big which was nice but VERY slippy. My partner couldn't have a shower because it was dangerous. No anti slip on base of shower and no shower mats provided. Checked yourself in and out. No real contact with anyone which can be good but a bit impersonal.

It was a very good location although on-site parking was limited

We were not asked about settling the bill just automatic payment taken from the card used to secure booking This is not usual practice and was not really acceptable but it was fine so no choice but to accept

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet despite being above a pub.

Towel rail required in bathroom. Bigger shower screen as when taking a shower the water escaped over the side. No plug socket by mirror for drying hair.

The room it was smaller than expected and looks in the picture. There was a green light inside the room that remained on at all times. This was dissapointing. We think it was to mark the fire exit, but it was quite bright when trying to sleep.

The breakfast was very nice, room comfortable and very clean, nice bathroom facilities.

Very noisy room (room 5) can hear people below in the bar, plus on a residential street, on bin day collection very noisy. Could do with a TV or Radio perhaps.

All your staff were lovely, helpful and smiley. I would have preferred fruit, muesli and natural yoghurt for breakfast
