The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

There were no cups to make a cup of tea. The bedroom and bathroom were cold although there was a small electric heater in the bedroom.

The listing for this accommodation says that the room is en suite - it is not! The bathroom is private but not en suite so you need to go out of the bedroom (into the entrance hall of the house) to use the bathroom. The listing should be changed to better reflect this.

Excellent room and facilities, exceptionally clean, didn't get to meet the host in person but communication was really good and we had a warm welcome by Sally’s mum. Great location within walking distance of everything you need . Would highly recommend

Position good. Lovely and clean. Good to have access to a fridge as well as tea and coffee. Could be a comfortable bed

you get asked in advance about needing to park. But when arrived got told to find somewhere in the the street (which we did) It was a very cold early evening when we arrived. A radiator had been put in our room, but it was still only just warm. The bed, which was comfortable to lay on, is only a small double, made worse by having a small duvet - not good for a retired couple. There was a fleece blanket on the bench, so I wrapped up in that. But, when warm, you had to go out into a cold hall to use the cold shower room or make tea in the utility room.

A friendly welcome from our host, the pretty bedroom and shower room and enough facilities to cope with basic cooking as I am coeliac so getting food on the go is difficult.

The ground floor room was very cold especially when the front door was left open. Maybe a door cutting off the bnb room and shower room from the hall would be possible? Just a suggestion.

Delightful place and a wonderful welcome. The property is a five-minute walk from the centre of town. Charming host and lovely dogs!
