This apartment is absolutely perfect . To bad there are only 5 stars because it definitely deserve more. The photos don’t really do justice to the apartment. The apartment is spacious clean modern fully equipped for people that want to self cater. It’s much bigger then it looks on the photos. It has a lovely terrace that goes to a patio and then to the pool. The pool is much bigger then on the photos and lovely. But the best thing about the apartment is the LOCATION!! It’s literally 5 min walking to the beach and for family with strollers there is an elevator that goes from the promenade to the beach. The apartment is 5 min from the center!!! The whole communication with the owners , their lovely agent Catarina and the apartment maintenance guy Ricky was more then perfect! Thank you so much guys for the perfect holiday . We will be definitely back soon.

Overall a good apartment However our stay was tampered by the fact that it felt damp!!

Apartment in a great location a few minutes away from restaurants and beach. The sea water was warm and clean. Our family (2 adults & 2 kids), loved staying at this apartment as being very modern and had all we needed to enjoy our stay such as fully furnished kitchen, great bedding, private terrace, parking space and nice swimming pool with long chairs. This residence is very privileged and calm. We felt very welcomed at our arrival. Owner is very nice and available if need be. Surely we will come back some time soon and stay longer because quality and price were unbeatable vs. other places we stayed in Algarve.

On arrival we met Jorge lovely helpful guy apartment first class great spot just on the edge of the old town nice and quiet and only five minutes from the square.super restaurants will be back.

We have been coming to Albufeira for over 20 years and this has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We arrived on an early flight and Jorge met us at the apartment allowing us early access. We loved the location near the Old town and the terrace was great to relax on. It was great having the washing machine/dishwasher available if you would be staying longer. We will definitely be using this apartment the next time we’re in Albufeira

The apartment has everything you need and is a great location. Eddys and blue bell are really welcoming. The only think we was shocked was that there was not one toilet roll. Expect to buy them when self catering but would of thought there would be one. We would definitely return.

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location!! We couldn’t of asked for anything more in the apartment. It is spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Great apartment. It’s well equipped and great location. Very helpful and kind Manager Jorge, especially accommodating when we arrived later than anticipating driving from Lisbon. Would have given 5 star but due to minor issues only 4, though Jorge was already addressing them. Thank you for the great stay Jorge.

The apartment was beautiful. Only real problem we had was the seating. We had my sister in law for a few days and there was only a couch to sit on or hard chairs, but other than that, ticked all the boxes. Close to everything. Great location.

Far more spacious than photos show, very clean, very well equipped, although we couldn’t get the hob to work. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Plenty of storage, shower was fab. Air conditioning only in lounge, so don’t know how hot it would be in bedroom in summer. Blackout blinds on both windows and frosted glass. Plug in heater provided for colder days ( we were there in October)unusually there were plugs near dressing table but no mirror BUT there was an extension lead in the cupboard which came in very handy. There was nobody to greet us but there was a key box outside. It wasn’t set up for the 3 of us but Jorge arrived the next day to bring extra supplies. Could do with instructions for equipment ( washing machine, dish washer, hob) the wrong password for the WFI was in the information book. All in all it was a really lovely apartment and we were very happy, it had everything we needed and more,but for personal preference I would go for a higher floor. I would highly recommend this apartment

Passé de très belles vacances. Calme et propre. Piscine à côté de la location. Plage à 5 minutes à pied. Centre historique, magasins et restaurants à proximité. Merci à Jorge pour sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Notre appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description. Fonctionnel, propre et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre historique mais quand même au calme. Le petit plus : un garage en sous sol pour garer la voiture en toute sécurité.

We stayed 6 weeks & found the apartment ideal for our needs. The bed was very comfortable & the bedroom has ample storage space for clothes & personal items. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone wanting to do their own cooking. We did a mix of eating out & catering in, it worked very well. The washing machine helped as we couldn't possibly bring enough for a long stay! The outside terrace has a large drying rail & even in January, washing dried in the sun & breeze without any issues. We also had no problem washing & drying bedding & towels outside too. The apartment is relatively compact & very easy to keep clean. It's ideally placed in Old Town, plenty to do on the doorstep & lots of options to go out & eat or to have a drink. As it faces into the terrace area of the building, there was no noise intrusion from either traffic or evening revellers. Highly recommended & we would certainly consider booking another stay! A big thank you to the owners.

Fully enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, well-appointed and comfortable and close to the town square. Easy walking everywhere and building staff very helpful when we had a question. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Albufeira and would stay here again should we return.

Very nice apartment in a very quiet building. It seems to be mostly ex pats and retirees in the building making it a very quiet location. Pool was lovely even though we didn't use it. We opted for the beach as the weather was so nice. Perfect location for the old town square and the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the square and about 10 minutes to the beach. Apartment has been recently redone and has everything you need. Many shops, bars and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Jorge was also very nice.We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Albuferia. John and Erin
