L'accueil, le calme du quartier

Lovely room in the owners house that is clean and tidy. They have 2 rooms both with twin beds. There is a shared shower and toilet and a kitchen area. There is a Nespresso machine with pods you can use. All in all it is nice accommodation that I would use again

I had a wonderfull time at Alain and Nicole’s house. They are very kind and lovely people! If I ever return to Cognac I have no doubt that I’ll choose to stay there again!

Very nice room very nice hosts

Nicole was very kind and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and we'll equipped. Definitely worth the (little) money it cost !

As with our previous visit Alain was very helpful and made us feel very welcome upon arrival The rooms are exceptionally clean.

As with our previous stay we had booked both rooms which share the kitchen and bathroom and these are in effect private from the rest of the house. Despite the last checkout not being till midday and discussing that with Alain the day before, both the cleaner and then Nicole came into the small kitchen whilst we were having breakfast around 10.00am and requested to start cleaning around us. At this stage some of us hadn't showered and we were made to feel very uncomfortable as Nicole eventually allowed us 15 mins before the cleaner came back to clean showers and bathroom.We felt we were being pushed out which is such a shame as it completely spoiled what had otherwise been a great stay.

Well equipped kitchen with drinks and snacks also. Very helpful and friendly hosts who live on site.
