Kitchen staff had a difficult time keeping up with breakfast rush They need more staff to keep the areas clean , and food and utensils refilled properly many times I needed to ask for glasses or silverware

The breakfast had a great variety of choices of hot and cold meals, juices, coffee, teas and fresh fruit. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the full length mirror, cozy bed pillows, the mini kitchen, and is pet friendly!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, the complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the location was just a few minutes from downtown.
For me everything was great. It is something that can I change on my stay is the option for a late check-out.

Breakfast was amazing! The pool was nice and clean. The room was to our satisfaction.
The alarm clock in the room had been set by a previous customer and it went off earlier than we would have liked. It would be nice if housekeeping would check the alarm clocks to clear them.

The room was very clean and bed ver comfortable, they had a pool and hot tub, location was perfect for our family and close to 25 th street with many dining options and shopping.

The breakfast was good and fresh. Waffle makers, pancake maker, good variety. Coffee was excellent. Plenty of space to dine. The pool and hot tub were clean. Great restaurants across the street and a few blocks away.
The room is listed with a kitchenette with a cooktop and oven, it did not have a cooktop or oven. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dishes, clean and dirty. There were no dishes in the cabinets, all in the dishwasher. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was hair on the floor and in the shower. The noise from guests slamming doors was nonstop, 2:30, 3:30am. The bathrooms have very heavy sliding doors and I think guests slide these closed and they slam loudly.
