The bathroom lights are super bright. The location was great for a wedding in Ukiah Ranch 5 min drive away.

a lot of items were either forgotten or missed that they were only available on request - hangers, ironing board (but there was an iron), hairdryer, etc...if possible, add trees or solar panel overhangs to the parking lot to shade the cars in the heat!

It was close to the 101 and everything was clean. Parking was convenient. Staff were nice.

For an extended stay and a slightly higher price than other hotels, it didn't offer "more". The kitchenette had no plates, cups (besides a few plastic ones), or silverware. No in room coffee. I requested double beds and got a king. The free breakfast wasn't much more than granola bars. I also didn't see the pet fee on booking.com and got $35/dog once I showed up.

It was newer and well maintained

Seating in the room was uncomfortable; AM desk gal wasn't too friendly; Maintenance guy and the evening gal were GREAT; Continental Breakfast was bismal. Due to lack of carpet, I could hear the tree workers boots in the room above me.

This was a new and very clean hotel. Staffs were friendly and kind. The hotel lets the customer borrow kitchen items like mug cups and plates etc. on the request bases. Downtown Ukiah was only 5 minutes away by car.

New. Very clean with nice rooms. Bed very comfortable.

You could hear every noise from the room above mine.

There was a party in hotel. We could not able to sleep before 5am. My kids were scared. They promised refund but noone called me yet

They did not stop the party and protect their guests.
