Great location - central to everything. Just 1km from bay park and 200m from bay view and across the road from the swimming pool and leisure centre

Great host, answered all questions promptly. Close proximity to food adequate facilities for working group.

The location was handy to shops. It's got a good size fridge and Netflix.

The kitchen needs a good spring clean and a lot of attention. There are many broken items and there were no teatowls. Two of the gas knobs are missing The bath towels were in the cupboard thrown in with other bits of old unsorted linen and we question if they were clean. We're unsure if the sheets were washed as they were a bit smelly. There was an aged burger in the box in the cupboard in the kitchen. The urban myth that they don't break down is true. It didn't even smell. Bathroom OK but the lock is broken. The rug in the lounge is a trip hazard and again the fixtures are tired and in need of maintenance including holes in the wall. The house has good potential if it was looked after and cleaned properly

Had a sport tournament at Baywave so great to be just across the road, as the carpark was often full.

Some appliances/switches didn't work. But looked like house was being renovated so is probably still on the list to do.

Location was perfect. Lots of beds which is convenient. And the beds were clean and comfortable nice place to sit outside

Very old, smelt quite awful when we came in so we had to air it out. Dishes still on the bench. Apart from that it's fine for the money
