Not much to choose from the regular cream was out. Very little to choice.

We did not get a room key because the property had run out.

Clean, huge room, amazing staff, comfortable, great location

No mirror in main room, no hairdryer.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were large, with full size fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

The cleanliness wasn’t as one would expect. The main hallway on our floor looked like it had been quite some time since it was vacuumed and the room itself had a decent amount of “leftovers” from the previous occupant. There was also a dried puddle of something on the floor in our room which I easily cleaned with a towel (tells me they probably didn’t sweep and/or mop after the last occupant).

Breakfast is not good enough especially for families with children. Staff is not helpful. No sound insulation between the rooms, you can here all the steps in front of your door . Beds are so uncomfortable There is no even a cup or glass

There was no one there too check us in. I waited for an hour for someone to show up but no one ever did. I called, buzzed, knocked, waited, yelled, called again, and emailed. But to no avail. I was tired and wet from working. I needed that room. I even paid for it and never got to check in bc no staff at the front desk. I am very disappointed.

The front desk agents were nice and helpful. The room is a generous size and was cleaned well, and the bed felt comfortable. I like the bright bathroom lights, and the shower had good water pressure. The temperature of the room was consistent.
