The kitchenette was nice (even though there were no dishes). The room was large and right by the elevator. There is an additional keyed entry which wasn’t something I’d thought of, but gave an extra sense of security for guests.

There was no continental breakfast and the coffee was ‘meh’.

The room was clean and spacious. Came with kitchen. It was quiet and easy to sleep.

Nothing. But a heads up there are long term stays at this hotel. Thus people are hanging around but only because they live there.

I liked the location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful

The washer and dryers would not work properly. Thankfully the lady at the front desk allowed me to dry my clothes in their industrial dryer since the residential one took my money and wouldn’t not work. They had 4-5 dryers out of order when I was staying there. The hallways always smelled very strongly of marijuana.

When we arrived there was a group in the parking lot partying. Drinking, listening to music and just loud. When we went to our room on the 1st floor the group was right in front of our room. 1st the bathroom was not clean, there was no remote to the TV so we had to hear this partying. I went to complain to the front desk they told them to leave they left the parking lot and went across the street from the hotel still loud. We saw 2 roaches in our room. I did not feel comfortable staying so Me and my boyfriend just left the room.

The location was convenient.

It was filthy! The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room smelled like smoke, we we left we had to wash all of our clothes.

I like the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that you had to go downstairs to ask for tissue, the iron, and that you had to pay for cooking ware when you have the amenities in the room that cause for those things. The bed could have been better. It was hair in the bed and floor hadn't been mopped. Also if you was out the room before 11 am you would be charge.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great for what we were there for. Loved the full size refrigerator, the two burner stove, and the microwave. Cleanliness was pretty good.

The beds are lumpy and need to be replaced. We ended up laying in an angle, from corner to corner, in each of the beds in order to not sink into the body forms and lumps that existed in the beds. Was very uncomfortable. The floor in the kitchen area really needs to be mopped and cleaned better. There is a greasy, sticky residue feeling. We always wear our shoes in the hotel rooms. This area is where we stuck to the floor and in the light you can see the buildup.
