Decor was very nice
There were dogs barking nonstop & the walls are so paper thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room! I spoke with the staff twice about the barking dogs & was told not to worry because it will stop. It didn’t stop!

Parking lot full of teenagers at 1.30 in am staff did nothing to control them we had to call police after the drunks kept bumping into our car and trying to pick a fight I told front desk next day and she made a face and said nothing I would never stay there again I think you should refund us or give us a room at another place we were on our honeymoon on the way home and we're up all night watching our car so much fun it sucked we don't eat just wanted to get home we were so tired we are not young people never again there we have property there and we will be in Dalton alot but not staying there

Staff were friendly and breakfast area was very clean.
Parking was very congested with construction vehicles. Construction vehicles could have been parked in front of the hotel to prevent issues.

the front desk staff was nice
no towels when I needed them. the price was too much for the hotel. it’s older looking. the tub dripped all night. room smelt like dog pee. it just wasn’t all of that food was in my microwave when I checked in. I just don’t feel it should be that price. it’s not worth it.

The TV didn't work the first night. I asked the lady working, she told me I had to point the remote at the back of the tv...
The refrigerator didn't work.
The 2nd floor hallway reeked so bad of Marijuana..and elevator.
And to top it off a strange woman kept standing outside of our door with all of her stuff, talking though the door and knocking and nothing was done about it.

Room size was adequate. Pricing was pretty good.
Pillows seemed overly soft. No real neck support.
I chose the room for the tub, but we never used it because there was rust and other stains in the tub and shower walls.
AC unit or whatever it was on the outside seemed to run almost constantly. Very disturbing noise throughout the night in an otherwise seemingly quiet area.
