De Snowchasers Lodge is veruit het meest bijzondere verblijfadres van onze reis door New England. Eerst denk je: okay wat is dit. Je slaapt op een kamer waar stapelbedden in staan en je deelt de aparte douches en toiletten voor dames en heren. Maar de mensen zijn zo vriendelijk en je komt erg gemakkelijk in gesprek met anderen. Het is niet een grote lodge maar de kamers zijn groot genoeg. Een beetje "schoolkamp" gevoel, maar we zijn zo blij dat we voor deze lodge hebben gekozen. Deze zullen we niet vergeten zeker niet ten opzichte van de motels waar we ook zijn geweest. De mensen die hier verblijven zijn vaak of wandelaars en mensen die zich gemakkelijk aan de situatie aanpassen. Gewoon doen!!

Ons is niets tegengevallen. Er hing een papier met welkom Hendrik. Dat is toch ontzettend je welkom voelen. Ook nog eens in het Nederlands. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn bijzonder aardig en willen je helpen waar dat nodig is zonder opdringerig te zijn.

We had a lovely stay in a clean room, also the facilities were very clean. In addition to that our host was very friendly and welcoming. We hope to go back soon!

Well exceeded expectations! I was hesitant considering such a reasonable rate and last-minute booking-- arrived late no problems checking in, bathrooms were plenty and clean, bedding, kitchen and common areas CLEAN, comfortable and quiet (beds were comfy and temperature good with warm blankets if needed -though my friend slept in the bed I felt so comfortable I slept on the floor one night! This from someone that usually avoids bedding at hotels much less the floors and always brings my own pillows and blankets!), close to mountain, trails, and shopping, full kitchen and laundry. Unless looking for a 5-star luxury stay, wouldn't hesitate. --We will definitely be back! Believe all the great reviews!

Pool, salon, restaurant, gym, tennis courts not expected or needed. -We couldn't have asked for anything more unless it was free.

I took one look at the bedroom and I walked out it smelled so bad I couldn't stay there I want a refund

I told him I refuse to stay in that room is was awful I could not stay there I want a refund who can I talk to they were supposed to call me nobody did

We brought all our own food and the kitchen and dinning room at Snow chasers Lodge was great. No frills but just fine.

Our stay at the Snowchaser was pretty amazing....The room was comfortable and warm and the kitchen had so many extras....Plenty of room in fridge for our food and several coffee makers etc.....Colin was more than helpful and knew so much about the best things to do in the area.....We will visit again

It was bare bones but perfect for hiking and skiing. very close to Lincoln as well as Franconia

It was a little hot because there is no air conditioning but the host provided a tower fan which helped
