It was cute and cozy. Very clean. Easy to access and easy access to the beach.
Just the glass coffee table was missing the rubber stoppers so the glass table top would move to easily which made me worried that the kids would bump against it and it would fall. But that’s a minor thing. Everything was great.

The place was really nice. Great location and just a walking distance to the beach. It’s also clean and neat. We have everything that we need. It feels like home. :)

We have been in this resort a few times. Perfect location for us.
The condo was decent. If I spent more then 1 night I might have been more concerned. It definitely needs a little TLC. The light fixture was new just kindda hanging on the wall with the sink not secure. Needs a coat of paint everywhere. The door code is way to long. I think I had more issues with that. But for the price I wasn't to mad at it.

The location of Johnson Seashore was a game changer for us. we went there everyday for our "beach time" where there were little crowds compared to the beach location across the street.
Sharing a bathroom, BUT, we knew this going in. So this is NOTHING that can be fixed - but, we still didnt like sharing a bathroom, lol.

First of all there is no staff available and it was confusing figuring out how to get in the condo. There was NO toilet paper!!!! There was a smoke alarm going off half the night one day, the bathroom shower had no water pressure, the kitchen counters were made of a cheap material.that stained easily, there was a lot of loud people running around at 3am. WoRST part is our door wouldn't lock & we had to wait a day and a half for them to fix it. That means we had to sit and wait to protect our belongings. The maintenance guy came to out room at 12 midnight to look at it!!!

Beautiful home. Nice pool! Super close to the beach. Nice view of beach/ocean from balcony even though this condo is not a front row condominium.
One elevator to use to get to second/third floors (for luggage, etc.) and it was having problems during our stay with no one to ask for assistance.

Not clean, bed linens were dirty brown yellow and smelled like dirty ass and body oder. Things were broken and didnt function right. Kitchen faucet broke, kitchen cabinet broke, bathroom door splitting apart and stuck when opening and closing, sliding shower doors werent attached and pushed in, bathroom sink didnt drain, bathroom electrical outlet didnt work. One blind in living room was a taped up paper and no blind or covering on the other window. Replied to the texting number and got no help like a robot automated answering.

previous guest obviously used plates and replaced in the cabinet without cleaning. I have terrible food allergies so this was not just gross but scary for me

The location was amazing! It was right next to the beach. Only a 2 minute walk!
The parking on site is good, but they need to tell you in the listing that there is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on site. Also, it wasn't very clean. There was a half full cup of soda in the refrigerator, and some of the blankets smelled like cat urine.

information received for internet/wifi was inaccurate-i had to call customer service and was again provided inaccurate information. router was not identified properly, and wrong password on provided information. i turned over the modem and used what was on the bottom. other than this inconvenience everything was fine. i would return

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach without having to cross the major road. Probably less steps than the people staying in the high rise beachfront condos. plenty of space for a couple wit young children. well stocked with cookware. Near ply Liz to grocery shop.
the bunk bed mattress was not very comfortable for an adult. The TV was a little confusing but we figured it out.
