Plusieurs terrasses autour de la piscine (9m x 4,5m) et sa douche extérieure. Un solarium et une cuisine d’été toute équipée d'un bar et une plancha.
Un jardin de 1500m² aménagé où vous pourrez contempler la mer et le coucher du soleil sur les collines. La Villa située plein sud comprend un vaste séjour salle à manger ouvrant sur une pergola ombragée avec vue sur la mer et collines. 2 suites parentales et 6 chambres toutes climatisées, 5 salles de bain. 5 WC. Cette maison offre tout l'équipement (dont machine dolce gusto et cafetière classique à filtres) et le confort moderne pour l'accueil de 14 personnes.
Il faut compter un complément pour chauffer la piscine si besoin.

Everything about this accommodation was a 5 star. From the communication prior, check in process, the villa itself and location, we couldn't ask for more. Do bring your walking shoes, its at the top of a hill which offers beautiful views so it was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and of course the beach too. The villa was spacious enough that with 10 of us staying there, we did not feel on top of each other. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We were 6 adults, ranging in age from 22 to 60. We had a superb stay in this villa. All bedrooms are comfortable, clean and air conditioned. There are 2 outdoor patios where you can sit and eat; one with a view over the pool and the other giving amazing views over the valley and sea. Well stocked kitchen with all you could possible want.
The villa is on a hill as is most of Saint Maxime residential areas but it’s perfectly walkable 15 minutes to the town and seaside and means you are in a quiet residential part of town.
We constantly return to Sainte Maxime from the UK as it is very central and this is a villa I will happily return to. It has an area outside my husband cooked BBQ food on and an outdoor fridge, also outdoor shower. There are always shaded and sunny areas around the pool and loungers to sunbathe on. We used the table tennis table and Eric quickly responded to any questions we had like where are the table tennis bats. We used the villa as a base to walk to the port and get a boat over to St Tropez and Port Grimaud. We enjoyed a winery visit recommended by Eric. Also spent a day at a beach club. The parking area is on a slope but wasn’t a problem. Loved this villa and will return.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa, lots of space for 11 adults, 1 child and 2 babies. Bedrooms very comfortable, good air conditioning, and lovely long table for meal times together on the terrace with amazing views. Pool nice with plenty of comfortable sun-loungers well equipped for everything we needed, we walked down to the town and back most days, the roads are quiet so could take the pushchairs as well.

Just an absolutely fabulous house for our family vacation.
Easy access and walking distance to the center, although up and down hillside. Good cooking facilities, great pool, nice rooms and bathrooms.
Gorgeous views of both sea and hills and it was a pleasure to have dinner at the big table facing the sunset in the evenings.
Do not miss out on this house! And Sainte Maxime and surroundings.

We had a very nice week at Eric’s villa. Everything was exactly as described and the heated pool a very enjoyable plus especially in October !

What a wonderful place to stay. There were 6 of us staying for a week and we each had our own bedroom and only a couple had to share a bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were excellent.
The house was in a lovely location up the hill from Sainte-Maxime and had lovely views over the hills and the sea. It was an easy 15/20 minute walk down to the town and not a difficult walk back.
The house was in immaculate condition, super clean and had everything we needed.
The pool was lovely and was lined with loungers. There was a pétanque court, a table tennis table outside, two outdoor eating areas - one with an outdoor kitchen, and a lovely outdoor shower with hot water.
If I had any quibbles it was that the driveway is steep and angled and was not easy to negotiate when there were two large cars.
Eric and Lydia were super helpful in pointing out where things were and how things worked.
This is the perfect place to stay and I would more than happily stay here again.

The villa perfect for us. We were a group of 11 spread over 4 generations and there was something for everyone. The proximity to Sainte Maxime town centre meant that those wanting nightlife easily found it within walking distance. Ste Maxime beach also was very close by as was La Nartelle and we even ventured over to St Tropez a couple of times on the Bateaux Verts which runs so frequently and late into the night. Mostly we enjoyed relaxing around the pool and taking in the breathtaking views from the verander with a glass of local rose. The lights around the pool and trees in the evenings are mesmerising and it’s hard to resist a late night dip😂. We were there for a special birthday and the villa had everything we needed to make the whole week an amazing celebration and an unforgettable holiday. Thanks Eric, I think you’ve thought of everything!

Et nydelig og velutstyrt hus i et nydelig område. Deilig basseng med plass til mange. Praktfull utsikt, og sist men ikke minst gangavstand til sentrum - 15 min. ned og 20 min. opp.

Schöne Villa
Wir waren 10 Personen (Paare u. Freunde) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht und darum die bestens ausgestattete Küche geschätzt. Grosszügige Zimmer, Pool und allg. Ausstattung hat uns überzeugt.

Unglaubliche Villa mit allem was man will
Diese Villa hat es echt in sich. Super ausgestattet, mit rennovierten Zimmern, super Terasse und Pool, dazu ein hervorragender Blick Richtung Meer und das schöne Umland. In Echt sieht alles nochmal besser aus als auf den Bildern. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Wonderful villa
We had a wonderful stay in this marvelous villa with a great view on St. Maxime. House was like described and fully equipped for 2 families. Pool heating recommended for october. It's worth the money! WiFi signal is a bit weak in the upper level. Kind check in and owner. Anwered very quickly when we had a question.

Trés belle Villa - Super séjour
Superbe Villa grand confort avec une vue magnifique.
Nous avons séjourné à 3 couples dans cette Villa avec nos enfants. Nous étions 13 au total.
La Villa est très fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la proximité de la plage.
Ce fut un séjour trés plaisant dans un très bel environnement au calme. Nous reviendrons !

Villa confortable et bien située
La villa est très belle, propre, spacieuse et une vue magnifique. Le centre-ville est très proche. Nous avons apprécié de nous y rendre à pied (la descente plus facile que la remontée) et nous balader sur la plage.
Nous reviendrons aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine.

Eine sehr gute Villa mit einem tollen Ausblick . Der Pool ist super, ebenfalls ist die Ausstattung in der Villa hervorragend, mit allen möglichen Geräten, es ist alles vorhanden. Viele Terrassen und Balkone, ermöglichen die unterschiedlichen Blickwinkel. Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Fantastic house and view
We stayed in this property and can strongly recommend it. The facilities are very good, including a large terrace, a nice pool and a garden. The house is very spacious,
there was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors including table tennis and large TVs . Everything was in very good condition and the pictures do not do the incredible views justice! The view over the sea and hills is fantastic.
