We had a great weekend, great apartment, close to the beach

Everything was very good, comfortable, clean, the owner was very hospitable and kind. I really liked the apartment.

On arrival the host was there to meet us. He was most helpful and contactable if needed.

Very well appointed and clean. Nayan, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Close enough to the beach to save paying the exorbitant parking fees in Southend. Takeaways and Lidl nearby.

A short walk down to City Beach and all of the attractions of Central Southend. The apartment is well kept with a well stocked kitchen. The hosts are really friendly and lovely people. Would stay there again. Shops are VERY convenient too with Lidl just around the corner but all this convenience doesn't mean you're sacrificing quiet - the road is not busy and so it led to a very restful time there.

Parking isn't guaranteed near the apartment but there should be space on the street close by or a short walk away. Apart from that there isn't anything not to like really.

No parking near the house.

We had a lovely stay, great communication. Exceptionally clean. Everything seemed brand new. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Beds were lovely and comfy. Lots of room to hang clothes. A quiet residential side road. 2 minute walk to the sea, 10 minute walk to Southend pier. Lidls round the corner. Off street parking. We would definitely stay there again, couldn't recommend more!

The location is excellent. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the main attractions of Southend and there is a Lidl just around the corner. It was great to park up the car and walk everywhere. We were met and shown around the apartment and handed the keys. Ketan and Kalpana made sure that we were comfy and communication with them was great. I would definitely book the apartment again.

Fantastic, very clean and excellent prepared apartment. We have spent just a few days here, but definitely would like to come back later. Our hosts are fantastic people, very helpful and friendly. Also, appartment is located so close to the beach. Strongly recomend.

A lovely spacious flat in a very convenient location a few minutes walk from the seafront and all its attractions including the Sea Life Centre and Adventure Island. The hosts were very welcoming and met us at the flat to give us the keys. Added extras that made us feel very at home was complementary coffee and tea plus some snacks on arrival . We would highly recommend this accommodation and have no hesitation in re-booking if we ever visit Southend again. Thank you Peters Family
