We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. The location and property is really good with access to beach and amenities The apartment was clean and kitchen is wells rocked with plates and utensils. Very happy with our stay!

The view was spectacular

The home and complex was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. Vacasa did a nice job updating and checking in on us before and during our stay. It was a 5-star stay overall! So pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail.

We love the beach and have been 4 times. We decided to stay in Fort Walton after we saw pictures of this condo. For the price we paid, we were not extremely happy. We get there, put our stuff away and discover the master shower is full of black mold. Also, the sliding door to the bathroom is so hard to shut. Then my daughter gets in the other shower and the floor flooded because the shower curtain was to short and the faucet doesn’t fully turn the shower head on so it was spraying out the side. The fridge light didn’t work and the freezer needed defrosted. The hot tub and pool needed cleaned. Hot tub looked really grimy and never got filled after kids splashed out water all week. We spent a lot of money for this condo and I expected not to have maintnance issues like these. These issues didn’t stop us from having a great time and enjoying the view from the balcony and the beautiful beach/water!

The condo was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The view is amazing. This was our 10th year coming to the Azure. We are already booked for next year.

It sucks knowing you paid top dollar for something and didn’t actually get what you paid for. No parking passes available and we were HOUNDED daily with nasty-gram messages on our vehicles. We let the front desk know, and we were told on two occasions that passes would be delivered to our room. It never happened! The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t even open!!! Maintenance was requested, twice… still wasn’t fixed when we checked out! Why pay extra for an ocean front room if you can even get on the balcony to hear it??? The floor was sandy, we found a broom and collected enough sand to fill one small juice glass from the cabinet, probably 6 ounces of sand. I thought check-in wasn’t until 4pm because the maids spend quality time thoroughly cleaning the room for their guests?!?! The master bed, and bottom bunk bed both had brown stains on the sheets. They were DIRTY. I was provided with two new flat sheets to put on the bed MYSELF… no fitted sheets were “available”!!! The bar stools (2 of 4) were wet and had some sort of “stain” on the cushion. My kids didn’t want to sit on them and I can’t blame them. The knifes in the butcher block had dried food on them, the plates were greasy, and the cups had been put up dirty. One actually had lip stick on the rim. We went to Publix and purchased red solo cups, paper plates, and forks so we wouldn’t have to use what was provided. The location was great but I wouldn’t recommend this listing to anyone. Management seemed to not even care about our concerns and brushed us off.

We loved our stay at Azure 314. It rained almost our entire trip, so we were especially thankful to have the spacious condo to share with our four children. The views were stunning, the rooms all beautifully decorated, and again very spacious. We will definitely be back!

Vacasa is fantastic! 314 View is spectacular. 314 beds are so comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

We checked in fine, no major issues with the unit. We think the location and overall property condition makes up for what unit is lacking. We were also impressed with how clean the unit was when we arrived. There are a number observations about the amenities and furnishings that are disappointing and we wish to bring to your attention. 1. no beach towels for the unit is unacceptable as your description says beach service. I understand that is for the chairs and umbrella on the beach but this is a beach condo, you need to provide beach towels. 2. need a rug in the kitchen and living room. Under foot feels clammy and a rug will improve this immensely in the kitchen. The living room ottoman slides all over the tile and is loud at night, again simple rug will improve this issue. 3. kitchen has no perishables that we’ve come to expect when renting VRBO’s. Ketchup, oil, mustard, oven mitts (how can you bake?). This is obviously a unit that is not or rarely occupied by an individual owner, so I get the liability of having perishable foods. But maybe have a better welcome package then. What will that cost you, $20? I’d rather pay that then spend an hour shopping. 4. the living room chairs are gross, need cleaned or replaced. I wish I could add pics for you. 5. doors in unit need painted, they are very dingy looking and unacceptable. Overall though this unit was great and I would rent here again. I might try to find a owner occupied unit for more conveniences. I sent this email to VACASA who runs the unit the day after we checked in, unfortunately I didn’t get a response unit an hour after I checked out. Each concern was commented on as I’m sure they will post a reply to this review. I paid $1200 total for this unit for 5 days. That was several hundred dollar cheaper than other units and cheaper than other guest I talked with, so once again this was a great place to stay. The beach, pools, and how well maintained the property was all elevated this property over other condos in the area. Just be prepared to pack more items or buy them once you arrive.

It was very clean and just about everything you need for a home away from home

We had a great stay at this condo. Comfortable bedrooms and living space. Easy access to pools, hot tub and beach. Close to great restaurants. Easy check in and communication with the property rental was easy and they provided great customer service.

Clean and good location

Our stay at Azure was exactly what we needed. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and while the water was cold, it was a great relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, just down from the main road but easy access to make a quick trip for groceries. Azure had everything we needed in the unit to start us off when we arrived.

We’ve been vacationing in the Destin area for years and this was one of the nicer places we’ve stayed. The beds were very comfortable. I saw a lot of reviews that said the bunks were a bit unstable, but they were fine for our kids. Overall it was a great place and an easy process. We would be happy to stay again.

This condo was great! My only complaint would be that the bunkbed in the bedroom was not very sturdy. If you’re going to have small kids in there, it should be fine, but with teenagers it might be a bit unsafe for the top bunk. Other than that, the condo was great! It was just like the pictures and the location was awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

I loved that the beach chairs and umbrellas are included with the condo rental. I think the furniture was functional and comfortable without being fussy. I do wish that the kitchen was better equipped. No cookie sheet and very limited utensils.

The room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our first stay here at Azure, and plan on returning in the future!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Beach attendants, and Vacasa staff friendly and helpful. Would absolutely book through Vacasa again, they even made calls during our stay asking how we were and if we needed anything. Great job Vacasa.

We loved the location (Ocean front Okaloosa Island). Enjoyed ocean views, noise, & breezes the whole week. Resort Pools & hot tubs are nice, sand rinsing stations and showers a plus along beach access. Two beach chairs & umbrella set up on beach were included, we had no problems reserving and renting 3 more chairs and another umbrella. The Condo is beautiful and comfortable, very accommodating! Loved It! Our family enjoyed many of the activities and restaurants near the resort, the boardwalk, pier, and just a short drive over to Destins' attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was fantastic. Descriptions were accurate and we really enjoyed our stay. Great view. It was really nice being right next to the beach.

The rental process was quick and simple with just a few mouse clicks. The property management group kept me up to date with rental status, information to access room and garage, follow up contact once we arrived, and simple, clear instructions of what was expected of us upon departure. Overall we were very pleased with the property and the location. We will consider renting in the future

This condo was absolutely wonderful. Perfect view of the beach. New beach decor. There was a lot of noise from the pool area around 6 am and after 10pm but it was still very nice to stay in a super luxurious condo.
