My husband, 15-year-old son and I stayed here over July 4th week for a little R&R between camp sessions. The house was clean upon our arrival. The air was not on, so the house was warm and took a while to cool down. Although it is in a neighborhood, it is on a busy street, so we weren't always able to back in to the driveway, which is not a big deal, just a preference. The house is definitely spacious, with a gorgeous kitchen and VERY comfy couch! It was well-stocked, including lots of paper goods and k-cups. In fact maybe too well-stocked--there were A LOT of open condiments/food in the fridge and many partially used bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. On one hand, it is good not to be wasteful. On the other hand, it kind of skeeved me out (not knowing if it had been previously left out, handled cleanly, etc). The creek out back was wonderful. We walked in it under the bridge (do so at your own risk, of course). It was noisy (which I love) and I would have loved to have kept the patio door open and only had the screen closed, but there was a large tear in the screen and I didn't want to let bugs in. Besides that, the only other things that I might suggest are to put some sort of retractable cover on the sky lights in the bedroom (it gets bright and hot in there) and put window coverings on all of the doors and windows that face the creek--the neighbors are closer than it seems! Overall good stay and nice house.

Great location in Maggie Valley! The creek behind the house makes the stay so relaxing! Great kitchen and love the art room/game room out by the water!

Great place and location!

Four guys spending a week golfing at the Maggie Country Club and doing a bit of trout fishing on Jonathan Creek between rounds. Great location for this and convenient to the restaurants as well. Kitchen is very well equipped for stay-in meals. Would be absolutely perfect if the couch was a sofa sleeper.

This is our third stay at Cozy Creek side. It literally just gets better and better. It is the perfect place for our family...absolutely convenient to everything. It is spacious, it is cozy, and it is beautiful! We love it!!!!

I wish I could explain how peaceful this beautiful home truly is. The pictures can’t convey what. It actually looks like and feels like to be there. Hearing the sounds of the water in the backround, the mountains, it’s the perfect spot to relax. We spent a few day on the mountain skiing. We spent a few days and nights by the fire in the back yard and many night sitting by the fire inside. I was beyond sad to leave. However, we hope to be back. Thank you! Ps…..that toilet in the master is everything people right about! Hahah ordering one today! Haha Happy new Year

This place is wonderful. Beautiful home and setting. Michael is a great host, so accommodating and always available to answer any questions. You get much more than what is shown in the listing. We have been vacationing in Maggie Valley for 20 years and thought we had the perfect place. Now we have a new perfect place in Maggie Valley. See you again next year Michael!

This property way exceeds it's description. It is absolutely phenomenal. Maggie Valley is wonderful and we had an absolute blast. The beds were super comfortable and the space age toilet will have you remodeling your own bathroom as soon as you get home.

This house is better than the VRBO description. It’s comfortable, clean and newly updated. The creek offers fishing and a great sound backdrop. There are many walking opportunities right out the front door. We definitely would stay here again.

It a very nice clean place to get relaxing away from ever day life. My family said that was beautiful home and we all enjoyed the stream behind the house. We would like to rent it again. Thanks you for letting us rent your home to us. I carry my 88 yrs. old mother and her friend who 86 and my sister who has cancer so the bathroom was just right.

This house has lots of room, at a good location and on the creek. Very comfortable.

The house is very nice, lots of room, beautiful upgrades. I love the gazebo room where you can relax, read, do puzzles or just open the window and listen to the water rushing by. We have stay at this house when it was just the 2 of us and when it was 6 and it works for either. Good people to work with, easy to get in touch with. This was a good trip and I recommend this house.

This Moody Farm Road home-away-from-home could not have been a more perfect setting and location for getting together with our daughter and her family. It was big enough for all of us to gather in one area...or to find our own space. We really enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace, cuddled up on the coach, playing games, talking about our day, or watching movies. Mike and Mitzie were always available if we had questions about anything. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more!! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time. The house and surroundings were as described on the website. Plenty of room and wonderful yard space to play with our grand-daughter. The home was comfortable, spacious warm, and cozy. The creek was very nice and the views breath taking. Centrally located with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Was a time we as a family set aside to create memories and wonderful memories were created! We will definitely stay in this location again. Thank you for making your place available!

Needs to be sprayed for ants and bugs. Mattress' need to be replaced in two older bedrooms. New bathroom features and paint looks great. Great location and love the stream. This is our third time to stay at this property. Plan to stay here again. Love Maggie Valley.

The check in process was very easy. When we arrived the house was very clean. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Mike via email or phone. We would definitely stay again.

Was close and convenient to our purpose for being there and was quit, restful and enjoyable, and having the creek there was a real plus for our enjoyment. Hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

Everything was as described.

The location is great for Maggie Valley, Waynesville area but the house needs some remodeling. Bathroom in bedroom with king bed, bathtub could not use. The house floors needed cleaning, had to vacuum. Do not think was cleaned before we got there. Grass around fire pit had a lot of ants and grass needed cutting. Neighbors across creek were very loud and yelled at kids constantly. Not a lot of quiet time which we were looking for.

The house is well maintained with all amenities. The backyard has an amazing view and we enjoyed some cozy time with close friends.

Our stay was amazing! We had fun tubing right out the back door. We used the fishing equipment that was provided. The fire pit was very nice in the evening. We can't wait to go back!

Home was a nice vacation home for our family. We enjoyed hearing the steam in the backyard and fishing from the deck. The family enjoyed hiking, horseback riding, and campfires.

This place had it all..literally! Our favorite part was the awesome views. We had the Maggie Valley golf course in the front yard with Mountain View’s. We had a huge fire pit with firewood and extra for chopping., which overlooked Jonathan Creek that ran through the backyard! Plenty of room if you choose to bring the whole family. Great location!!

This house is a great place to stay. It is right on the creek and has plenty of room in the house.

We stayed here for three nights on Spring Break. My daughters loved the art room and the creek. Comfortable, quiet and easy access to the National Park.

My son and his family had a wonderful time at the property this week. Plenty of room, awesome views, great seating right on the Creek, PLUS a swing for the kids. Would definitely reserve this property again.
