한적하고 조용한 숙소였다. 와이키키에 오고나니 그곳의 좋은 점을 더 명확히 알게 된다. 조용하고 딱 군더더기 없는 시설들, 쇼핑몰 바로 앞에 위치해서 쇼핑하기도 좋았고.
레스토랑의 메뉴와 아침식사가 매우 단촐하여 우리는 계속 밖에서 사먹었다.

Staff and everyone was so arrogant and misbehaved constantly not happy at all I need my money reimbursed . Also there was constant noise coming from above floor couldn’t sleep while nights when complained to the staff they said they can’t do anything

Clean and very friendly staff
Front desk never told us about the concierge desk at the Marriott Residence next door; missed opportunities to schedule tours and events. Eventually found out half way through our stay from the bar tender. No dressers in the room.

You walk in and the smell is so welcoming! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and nice! Great experience, loved the location as well! Anywhere I travel I will be staying at an AC Marriott when there is one now

there were no amenities no room service of shuttle to the beach no restaurant the food was not very good at the bar by the pool

Clean, beautiful pool, excellent breakfast.
A bit of a walk to the beach and shops. You really need a car to stay there. Only negative is that the housekeeper did not respect my privacy even though I left a sign on the door.

Every thing was with extra pay. An expensive hotel in the first place, and another $30 a day for parking, $25 for breakfast per person, $200 for late check out, even some of the seats near the pool were with additional cost. If you want a room with better view $50 per night. That is very annoying. Nothing complimentary.

nothing, you get treated like absolute garbage. if you’re not an elite member, expect that you will not even be able to check in at your scheduled 4pm check in and then have them put you into a room that is less than what you paid for.
nothing, it was away from the beach. the elevators didn’t work and you will get treated like a peasant if yyou aren’t a platinum member. there were also bugs in the room.

Bathroom door does not insulate sounds/steam. Sofa foldout was uncomfortable. Hair on Sofa. Pool area is too close to trash bins and smells.
