it’s a very nice hotel comfortable rooms and beds .

the service and the staff attitude not very helpful . no direction to where is where except the map that they hand it over. the hotel was under renovation so wasn’t great to understand how to reach a restaurant or slide. they remove your things from the pool and beach less than 60 min so basically you can’t leave your stuff unattended otherwise there will be no seat available. I asked if we can get an umbrella on one side of the pool as there was no seats available except those in the sun and the answer was strict no you can’t. food was very bad quality specially room service . we went to humu humu and we were eating while cockroaches were hovering next to us . we went for breakfast which was great buffet but the waiter was in hurry to let us go . removed our plates and got the bill. it’s over rated bad service bad attitude for 5 star hotel and very expensive for what you get .

The staff at the hotel are all very fiendly and helpful and I'm very pleased with the interesting and knowledgeable garden tour which was guided by Mr. Heid. It was a wonderful stay and thank you.

The hotel is great from every single detail and highly recommended for families with children for the activities in the hotel and the waterpark. Also it has excellent beach and white sand.

Lack of restaurants and bars. No breakfast facility. We didnt want to worry about costs but this place was way overpriced for what we got. Not enough pool area for numbers of people. Drinks way overpriced. Parking...65.00 a day?

Hands down the most gorgeous grounds and pools you will ever experience. best place to take kids with over six waterslides and the best lazy River and rope swing. staff go above and beyond to treat you like royalty. dining at HumuHumu is a must. try the Mac crusted mahi mahi.

for such an opulent setting, the rooms are really sparse and the two pillows they give you is like sleeping on concrete.

the pools were excellent and fun for the kids.

their version of “deluxe ocean view” is a very very small room with an ocean view… I would hate to see what a room looked like that wasn’t deluxe. also, the room was clearly old, the plumbing was poor (we had to have someone come and fix the toilet). the nicest thing in the room were the size of the bathtub and the glass shower. I had to call to ask housekeeping to make up the room- they didn’t just come on their own. also, all housekeeping did was make the bed. I was very disappointed with the service and with the room, particularly for the price (which at the time we purchased was more expensive than a room at the Four Seasons). also, there were literally only 2 places to eat a meal at the hotel- the Humu Humu and the Molokini. Only the Humu Humu was open for breakfast. service at the restaurant was slow and not great. Service at the Molokini was great. the food at both places was good, although they were “out” of at least 2 options on the menu.

We paid almost $1000 a night and the hotel was under major construction. The room was old. Our room was almost 3 football field walk away from the pool. The construction was the entire main hotel and lobby. For $1000 a night I don’t want to listen to jack hammers and walk past workers in a bathing suit every day. I wish I would get a partial refund.

The hotel is under construction and it's been noticed all day long. For this level of hotel and premium price, I'd expect that construction will not impact the stay and definitely not reduce the hotel's available services.

Gorgeous hotel & resort with fun water park.

There's a renovation going on in multiple places on the hotel rooms, hotel amenities and resort. This might be bothering.

Main bar and restaurant was under construction and we weren’t given a heads up, which was disappointing. hotel is showing its age. restaurants are nothing special.
