Het was een fijne comfortabele kamer met slaapkamer. Genoeg ruimte voor 3 personen. Het was goed geïsoleerd en hoorde weinig van het verkeer.

Het was naar mijn idee niet heel schoon, de wc bril was stoffig en er lagen hier en daar nog wat kruimels e.d op de grond, Ook in hoekjes en langs de kant zag je dat het werd oversgelagen.

The room is well equipped, and seems perfect for a 1-2 people for a couple days of staying in. I see some people are not happy with rooms, but mine was really ok and with nice view on the street. In my opinion, it was quietly (finally, it is the hotel in the city, not a cottage in the village ;)). Good location: it is really close to tram station, and it is easy to get here from the rail station, but also it is easy to go by train to the beach side, and just to walk to the center.

- No space around the reception. Actually, it is very small. And in "check-in hours" it is crowdy. - The smell of soap/shampoo etc is awful. Just take yours with yourself or buy asap. - It was my the only ever unpleasant check-in procedure. Firstly, I had to wait after the trip in the no space room, and it took long. Secondly, I was asked to pay for the room despite I've prepayed it in the early March: my account demonstrated that the room has been already payed for; but I was told, probably, Booking has not passed this money to the hotel. It could be ok (everywhere some mistakes may happen). But the issue is that the first response of the staff was to make it my problem: I was told to contact Booking to ask them on technical issues. While I was doing so, another staff member checked that everything is ok, I have to pay the city tourist tax only. Still, (1) it took too long, (2) I was not proposed with water or coffee during all of this (the client after me was provided with coffee), (3) I was asked to fix the problem because of staff member mistake and before she did any appropriate steps to fix it. Some other of hel comments during registration were not nice too.

Кровать занимает всю комнату, нужно протискиваться вдоль стены, чтоб пройти. В номере был полностью забит слив в раковине в ванной, мы это заметили вечером перед сном. Спасибо работнику ресепшен, который самостоятельно прочитал нам раковину, оказалось в трубе лежал огромный пучок чужих волос. Как они туда попали, можно только догадываться. Парковка рядом с отелем платная и очень дорогая-дешевле оказалось стать на крытом подземном паркинге в 300м от отеля, за 15 € в сутки

Een super gezellig ontvangst en personeel komt heel relaxed en blij over

De kamer was ontzettend netjes en schoon. In de keuken was alles aanwezig + koffie en thee. Mooi uitzicht op de binnentuin. Heerlijke regendouche en luxe badkamer. De locatie is perfect. Tegenover Yays is een tramhalte waarmee je makkelijk naar het centrum kan.

Ik miste een kapstok en laatje in de badkamer voor eventuele toiletspullen.
