I didn’t like anything when we arrived our hotel sheets were very dirty ! The shower was dirty the room overall wasn’t good as shown in pictures not even the beds it was food on counters and more when I expressed my concerns ! They offer $20 off and a new room but he didn’t offer a new room until the second complaint and when that complaint was brought to his attention he seem to respond in a way I felt was really sincere so I decline the new room and the lien and went back to the room to search for another stay and try to find a ride . Which took 2-3 hours due to the fact it was already getting late and I was far when the manger finally got back to me she offer another $25 even tho we never slept in the room which I felt wasn’t a good competition

I booked a double Queen room. We were given a King with a pullout, and was told it was an upgrade. When 4 people are staying in a room, a couch pull out it NOT an upgrade!!! Also worth mentioning that the room had no linens or pillows for said pullout

My room was so hot it’s was uncomfortable, air wasn’t working. And my microwave wouldn’t heat up my food.

the room was nice
The parking, my husband is disable and there was people parked in the handicap parking space and they didn't have handicap plates or a handicap sticker and I informed the front desk and the lady stated that she couldn't do anything about that but the next day she stated that she went outside and saw that I was right, but nothing was done about it

Breakfast was nice, my son loved the waffles. Coffee was terrible though, like most hotel coffee.
Overall comfort of bed and pillows. The swimming pool was murky. The ice tasted strange from the machine. I just had higher expectations for the brand. Holiday Inn is far superior in these areas. I was supposed to have a city view but definitely did not.

There weren’t actual coffee makers in the rooms. The little machine only dispensed hot water. We brought k-cups and couldn’t use them.

The room was very clean and comfortable
There were guest with children who ran the halls of the 3rd and 4th floors as well as the lobby..called the front desk to report it, but the running contued well past 11pm (i has to sleep with my earbuds) and the running continued the next morning...i have never checked out of an hotel prior to check out time EVER!!!! Also, the shower doors in the bathroom did not stay closed while showering.. the door kept sliding open on its own....had to hold the door shut while trying to shower at the same time

I liked the pool for my kids because it was a decent size so i could have eyes on them at all times. the hotel room was extremely clean but you might want to change those toilet paper dispensers because they were the most agrivating part of the stay. your shampoos and conditioners worked wonders for our chlorine infected hair.
