the bathroom had been used and not properly cleaned when we called they said they would send someone up we waited 45 minutes and went to the front desk and the man said he would make Shure someone wold take care of it when we came back 7 hours later no one had been there yet not impressed I am a Hilton honors member so it’s not like it’s my first stay there we informed the lady at checkout and she said she would notify management but she dident write anything down so we all know where that went just disgusting

It was very clean and comfortable. I never sleep well in hotels, but the beds were very comfy! Breakfast was good, they changed it up and had different breakfast sandwiches available on Sat and Sun. The staff is was very friendly and when my room rate was incorrect at the hotel, they immediately corrected it! I love the fire pit outside, though it was too cold to enjoy it for long.

water in showers was soft and too slimy. Doors to rooms were dirty. carpets were worn and stained and appeared dirty. swimming pool was out of commission. breakfast was limited and used lots of plastic wrapping and containers and no knives were available.

They overbook rooms and cancelled our reservation the day of arrival. My reservation was a “pay at the property” reservation. I checked in on the Hilton app and even had a room assigned. Check in was supposed to be after 3pm. I got the call from Piper at 1:15pm that my card supposedly declined and they cancelled since they couldn’t reach me. I was at work and couldn’t get a call. I called back at 2:30pm but it was too late and they were very insincere in their apology and put the blame on me for not being able to take the call. Piper admitted they overbooked. I’m sure they took someone else who had a higher reserved rate because I know mine was much lower. This is a VERY bad practice. We had to scramble for accommodations. And the other hotel we went to didn’t have any issues with my card.

We liked the breakfast offerings and my family really enjoyed the pool/hot tub. We loved how friendly some staff were and had an alright experience.

There were a few things that put us off and kind of soured the night. While my family was enjoying swimming one of the other guests was having in his words, "a bad night" and took it upon himself to scream at the top of his lungs at my 4 year old son and daughter for having a bit too much fun playing frightening them to the point where they didn't want to swim anymore and making my son cry. He quickly left after I arrived to see what happened The second thing that ruined the mood even more was the night shift front desk worker. Or should I say, lobby table worker? Either way, to make a long story short it was a few hours or so after getting out of the poo that I decided to wash our clothes in your facilities laundry room. I needed clothes soap and seeing as I could buy some at the front desk I went there to buy a box and patiently stood at the counter for roughly 5-10 minutes since no one was there to help. Which in these times is totally fine, but when the guy did finally show up he seemed to have a very negative attitude about me asking him if he could ring me up for my purchases. I guess he was upset he had to pause his YouTube video to look at the price chart on the desk. I just bought my items and proceeded to go back to my room wondering why it was such a big deal but put it aside for the time being. LATER, I go downstairs to wash my clothes and notice he's at the lobby table watching videos again, whatever not my business, but I forgot to purchase something for my wife so I needed to be helped again. As I was walking to the concession stand to grab my items he just stared upset (probably knowing I was going to ask for help once more) while never getting up or even asking if I needed help. I go over to ask him and he angrily paused his videos once more and slowly walked over to ring me up. He made it obvious he didn't want to be bothered to do his job. After, he went back to the table and resumed his videos all night.

Room was nice and big. Nice hotel.

The chemicals from the pool area were so strong and lingered throughout the first floor. It actually caused an asthma attack. The breakfast area toaster, hot tub and fitness room were out of order. The sofa sleeper bedding had dead bugs in the bag that it was stored in. I just expect more from this hotel chain and for the cost.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The hot tub was out of service. The other guests were rude and overbearing. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with all that nonsense.

The breakfast was great you guys had lots to choose from so that was a bonus

The pool light came out so my kids wasn’t able to swim which was the purpose of the trip due to it being my daughter’s birthday
