What a beauty! We only used master side of home and center. But it had 3 other rooms on other side! The house was perfect for us! The pool and hot tub was perfect! Absolutely one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. Home has everything we needed. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet!

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was so well equipped with not only the necessities but also every little thing we could want or need. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There were 4 of us; all women and a 7 month old baby girl so it was truly a girls’ vacation! Weather was so so but didn’t stop us from having a great time together. Only piece of advice-don’t go to Sanibel Island. Construction and traffic was the worst we have ever been in. To go 20 miles took us more than 2 hours so avoid that trip! Thanks for a great time!

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Pool/hot tub was lovely (even in cooler Florida weather). Home was nicely located in a neighborhood perfect for biking and walking. Kitchen was nicely stocked and we made several meals at home. But we also enjoyed dining out at Lobster Lady, Cape Creamery, Point 57, and Rumrunners. We would definitely stay here again!

Home was Beautiful and very Clean ! The owner responded quickly to even my tiniest of questions . Home was perfect for multiple kids and multiple teenage personalities. Everyone had plenty of room. Pool was perfect entertainment and we used the umbrella in garage for the beach . Very well stocked home , kitchen supplies/tools , pool floats ,paper products , towels and bedding . Neighborhood is quiet. Great Restaurants and shops close by . We loved Fords Garage Restaurant and Rum Runners right on the water . Only advice type in the address correctly we accidentally put in St instead of Ave. and took a 10 minute detour. Definitely Recommend this home .

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The pool area, where we spent most of our time was wonderful. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Very clean and fresh feeling home in a lovely neighborhood. Comfortable, well equipped, good beds. Outdoor furniture and pool area excellent. It met our needs very well.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. There are so many good things. But the best is the private heated pool and hot tub, which were so relaxing! My wife and I, and three kids stayed here for almost two weeks over the Christmas holiday, and we had truly an amazing time. The owners were just outstanding to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions. Some of the things to highlight: 1. The home offers four bedrooms, all clean, with privacy for the master suite apart from the other bedrooms. 2. The entire house, all bathrooms, kitchen, etc. were very clean and comfortable. 3. The bathrooms were well equipped with numerous bath towels and beach towels, all of which appeared to be brand new. 4. The kitchen was well appointed, it was like being at home. 5. The swimming pool and hot tub are absolutely amazing. There are also very comfortable lounge chairs next to the pool. The pool appeared to be approx 10' x 24', which was a perfect size for swimming some relaxing laps, or playing with the kids. The owners leave a remote control to turn the hot tub on and off. 6. This property is so versatile. It has a sophisticated decor great for adults, but also accommodates children very well. 7. The house is in the midst of neighborhoods with sidewalks and running paths. And close to a great coffee store (The French Press) and homemade ice cream store (Cape Creamery). 8. The outdoor grill is a great, 4-element Weber grill + 5th element for side burner. I could go on and on, but to sum it up -- the property was exactly what we were looking for, and fulfilled and surpassed all expectations. Thank you.

There were three adults three children and our dog that stayed. This location is in a great quiet neighborhood. We loved the house and all the space it had for us. The pool and hot tub with the outdoor space was great for our family.

The house was in a beautiful neighborhood & was nicely apportioned, with plenty of space for family-time. The pool was especially enjoyed by our teenage grandchildren. The house was very clean, well stocked with necessary supplies, towels, & cooking ware. Finally, it was conveniently close to our shopping needs. We would stay again.

We enjoyed the space the house had and how it opened right up to the backyard/pool area. Great house to come to relax and enjoy family time.

This property was amazing. The owners have put a lot of thought into what a guest may need and have everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you would have at home including a Keurig. They even have items needed for entertaining like a serving dishes and a large drink dispenser. The rest of the house had plenty of linens and tons beach towels. In addition, the house and property were very clean and well maintained. My husband and I have very high standards and we couldn't find anything to complain about. The beds were comfortable the furniture was new and clean. The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes from shops and restaurants and 30 minutes to Ft. Myer beach. Although the kids were perfectly happy spending every moment in the pool. We chose to keep the hot tub turned off during the day and used it as a kiddie pool for the littlest kiddos. But be cautious the area around the pool gets very slippery when wet. Overall a great stay and we had a wonderful trip! I would definitely recommend!

Overall a great place to stay! Plenty of room, large kitchen, pool/patio is comfortable. The pool was a bit too warm, might have been due to the warmer weather. Would definitely recommend as a great value for the property!

The house was in great shape and clean. The pool with hot tub was so nice! The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet. Close drive to many restaurants in town. We will be back!

House was clean, beautiful, location was great-pool & hot tub a little slice of heaven. Everything was so wonderful-kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels & we even used the bikes in the garage. The owners were so gracious & quick to respond to any questions. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

What a great place to stay. Nice neighborhood & lovely home. Pool area has heated pool, hot tub, grill & great pool furniture. Plenty of nice towels, sheets & pool towels. Mattresses & furniture were comfortable. This is the nicest rental we've stayed in.

The house was wonderful. It had everything you need; plenty of bath towels, beach towels, dinner ware, cook ware etc... The house was close to dining, entertainment and a marina that has shopping and dinning. The whole group loved it. The only negative is that the master and the south bedroom (the one across from the pool door) both mattress "sink" in the middle. Other than that, it's a 5 star without a doubt.

We just stayed for 4th of July weekend and everything was wonderful. Host was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. House had everything we needed. Kids had a great time in the pool. Very nice neighborhood. Thank you!
