We enjoyed our stay in this cute studio. The location worked for us to walk to everywhere we wanted (we are active so a couple of the walks were a mile) which allowed us to work off some of the calories we consumed at all the great food places!! There is food right outside the door, and major tourist areas with in short walks. Some longer journeys might mean an Uber for some. The place was clean, comfortable, and adorably unique in the manner it was converted into losing from what was once clearly and industrial building. There is a parking lot 1/2 block from the unit that we used, it was perfect. We felt safe in this area at all times even with our kids.

The apartment was very clean and nice, but even being on the 4th floor the street noise was very loud.

While the place was clean and tidy, the listing is inaccurate when it says sleeps 6. There are only 2 beds that sleep 4 people. If you have more than 4, you’re supposed to request AIR MATTRESSES, which isn’t disclosed in the listing. Had I not asked where sofa sleeper linens were, we would not have known this before arriving. The host was not accommodating when I asked for a refund to book something else that slept my entire party comfortably in beds somewhere else. Just beware that if you plan on having beds to sleep in, you should only stay here if you only have 4 people or less.

This is even better than the pictures. Beautiful space! I loved everything about the room. Comfortable, gorgeous and great lighting. Beautiful morning sun. I loved making coffee (supplied!) and watching the city out of the windows. Great location within walking distance of the French Quarter and bars/restaurants, but not right on top of it, so it’s not too crazy or loud. Short Uber ride to Smoothie King stadium for our show. Free laundry available on the same floor (much appreciated!). I can’t say enough good things about this stay and our host. We will most definitely be back again!

This was my first trip using VRBO so I was a littler nervous. I have to say this property was everything it says it is and we absolutely felt at ease immediately! The check in process came with clear instructions and the communication was perfect! Our room was beautiful and so clean! I couldn’t ask for anything better with my first time ever booking! We loved this place and plan to return! Great location and walking distance to so much! It’s perfect!

the property is a nice city flat. typical city noise. nice place, close to most things! the beds were way to soft for us but ok. all in all a good place that i would recommend.

We stayed here in preparation for our cruise. We wanted to experience a little bit of the big east before we left. Just a short 5 min walk to bourbon street and other great attractions in New Orleans. The loft was clean and comfortable. What a great experience. Will plan to stay here every time we are in New Orleans.

Apartment was clean and listing was accurate, thought we thought room was prettier than pictures show. If you have a few coming with you just be patience in sharing the single bathroom and you'll have a good time.

Located within walking distance of the French Quarter. Large, unique studio with new bathroom and kitchenette. Pay to park. Easy access to the Garden District by car or trolley.

The actual listing is beautiful, well done, lots of space and looks just like the pictures. The location in New Orleans is convenient and very walkable. Two issues, to get into the listing you have to go through several dark areas and past other rentals. Secondly, you can open one of the windows that goes out on to a fire escape and down to a large balcony that presumably is connected to another listing. The window only locks with a small bolt latch lock. It made me worry about someone being able to access the listing from the fire escape. Other than that the place was very nice and well done.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It is conveniently located and very comfortable and roomy.

We enjoyed our time in New Orleans and this place was a good option. It checked most of the boxes: great location, clean loft, easy check in/out, responsive management, good price. Unfortunately, there are some issues to note that are beyond the owner's control. The building is old and with it came some concerns: entryway to the building had a horrible odor (they tried to conceal with multiple plug in along the walkway), laundry room is on the other side of the bathroom to this place so it was loud as soon as the cleaning for the day started, water to shower turned off a couple of times (temporarily), loft smelled like sewage the last night of our stay causing us to sleep with the windows wide open on a Friday night. It would have been fine if it weren't for New Orleans where people party all night long. I still gave 4 stars because we do believe that the owners did everything in their power to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They can only control what they have the power to control. Overall, a lovely loft.

We LOVED this property. It was convenient, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful location and beautiful property. Perfect for close family or friends. Nice in the morning to sit by the window and enjoy coffe. The host was gracious and quickly responded to any questions. Secure building, with private codes made it easy. Highly recommend!!! Walkable to everything like bourbon street. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful room in a great location. A five minute walk from all the action. Water pressure in 4b was a bit come and go during the day.

My wife and I as well as our two friends stayed here prior to and one additional day after the Saints game. This property is very well kept, modern, and supper clean. It's within walking distance to all the action in the city. I little walk to get to the Dome, but cheap Uber ride. Safe location! Would stay here again!

The place was charming, matching what you see in the photos. The only difference is the tv is in a cabinet to be seen from the beds instead of the couch, which I liked (Netflix ready). The place was clean and cozy, and the host was very responsive. The bathroom was clean and the shower nice, but you do have to learn the handle a bit. I found it best to turn it to all the way on until it got hot, then turn it back past a point where it temporarily shuts off. Do bring ear plugs and an eye mask. If you hear beeping, it might be coming from the laundry room next door (barely audible if you close the bathroom door though). My first two nights were super quiet, aside from said beeping and a few sirens, garbage trucks, etc., but the last night, a neighboring party came through that prevented sleeping. It probably would have been fine if I put in my ear plugs, but I didn't want to miss my alarm for my flight. No pests or critters and the skylights showed no signs of leaks during the downpour the first night - felt safe and cozy as a single girl staying alone! Great location, walking distance to French Quarter, food and grocery close by. P.S. If you're on the fence, as a grown adult, I actually really enjoyed the aquarium :) ... Would certainly book again!

This property was amazing!! Perfect location.. beautiful architecture and the fire escape balcony!! The only con was we were only they for 1 night. Will definitely be back!!

We loved this little place! Very roomy and had everything we needed. Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. The skylights are awesome until about 5 a.m. Very close to everything you want to see and do in downtown New Orleans! We parked in the nearest parking lot and didn't move the car. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!

It is conveniently located just a short walking distance to food, shops and nightlife. Easy to find and navigate. The place was extremely clean and very warm and inviting. Nice comfy beds. Great additional living room area for lounging and relaxing. Nice big round table for eating or playing cards. Loved the big huge windows with plenty of natural light. Definitely highly recommend. We will be back very soon.
