The property was large enough to accommodate our large family. Very comfortable! Location was perfect. Having the beach right out the back door was so convenient. Check in was very easy. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the home. For the price you pay, the home should be clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time.

The pictures do not do this home justice. The location could not be any better. Walking across the street for coffee and lunch and ice cream is amazing. The pool is one of the biggest ones we’ve ever had around Destin. Tons of space for everyone to have their own privacy. And speaking of privacy it’s like you have the beach and ocean to yourself. There’s a private home on one side and townhomes on the other. The decor in the home leaves something to be desired but the furniture and beds are very comfortable and the views are the best ever! Dolphins and stingrays almost daily! Heaven on earth!

This house was set up to host our family of 11, including two small children. The large pool was clean and safe for the kids to swim in. A few stairs away from the amazing beach, this home right on the water was great for early morning walks, afternoons in the sun and evening sunsets. Perfectly located between beach bars and restaurants, including a coffee shop and deli across the street. The house was set up for entertainment, as the entire second level was the living and kitchen area. We were impressed with the amenities and supplies that filled the kitchen, allowing us to make food and enjoy meals together. It really felt like home away from home.

This a great house in a perfect location. This stretch of beach felt less crowded, even during spring break. True beachfront with amazing porch views on every level. Heated pool is also beachfront. Private, well -spaced from neighbors. Across the street is ice cream, breakfast, coffee, beach store. Comfortably slept 4 adults and 6 kids. This house does have 2 pack n plays and several beach towels. Taylor communicated well and honored our requests including additional heating of the pool during our chilly April week. Kitchen could benefit from some new knives/pots and pans/tupperware but was functional for our needs. Older house in a prime location. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights, what made this house easy for us was location to the beach, great surrounding restaurants, and ease of use for check in and check out.

The house is beautiful, even better than we expected. We live in Florida, the house and beach are the best we have seen.

The host was very responsive to my questions. Lots of pool and beach items available. Well stocked kitchen. I would definitely book this property again.

Loved this home. Great layout for our 2 daughters-SILs + grandson and us for 5 night stay. Beautiful beach steps away, great views from multiple porches, Pascalli's a wonderful diner, Bad Ass Coffee and more right across the street. Pool was fantastic, plenty big and very private. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had a wonderful time!

EXCELLENT!!! We have stayed in many beachfront homes before, however, this one takes the cake! There is absolutely nothing I can say wrong about this property. The owner was wonderful and even came to help out at the pool after the rains before we arrived. Very pleased with EVERYTHING … a definite place for friends and family to gather! The house was absolutely perfect for our stay (5 adults and 3 children). You cannot beat the location and the views!! Communication with the host was very timely and helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needs. The pool was amazing. We will be back for sure!!

We were in a pinch to book a house and when booking for Thanksgiving week this was one of the last standing ocean front properties which is very important to us. I give this house a 3.5. Let me preface this by saying we have been coming to Destin for 26 years 2x a year so have stayed in tons of rentals. Pros: Location. Right on the beach. Right across the street from DQ, Bad Ass Coffee and breakfast place. Went there often. Noise level is decent. House was very clean. Sheets were soft and all mattresses seemed to be new. Private beach with not too much traffic. They left cleaning supplies which was really nice. Spoke with property manager a few times on text and once on the phone. He was responding until he didn't. I gave him the opportunity and gave him feedback and no response. Honestly I feel like they owe me some of my money back. 1. We paid $60 a day to heat the pool and it NEVER got warm. He said it was 80-82. That is not warm in November when one day temps were in the 40's. Had I known 80 was the max I would never had paid for it. At best a cool bath water. I mentioned to him that it didn't feel warm and if that was all it was going to get to I wanted to not pay for the other days. He said it wouldn't go over 82 but we have the exact heater at home with a bigger pool and it goes over 90. 2. The pool was dirty. I took pictures for him but he never responded. When you pay top dollar for a home with a pool you expect to use it. 3. AC never would turn below 72. I sleep at home with it on 70. One day it got pretty steamy and we were hot at night. They control the thermostat and again for 8k plus a week I think I should be able to turn it to 70. 4. Sometimes you got a hot shower, other times you didn't. We couldn't figure out that but somebody needs to check plumbing. Tons of outlets did not work in the bedrooms. The master bedroom is DARK. Add lights. Propane was empty so I had to spend my own money to replace it for the next guest. Master bed squeaks on every single turn. Didn't sleep well even with new mattress. Downstairs pullout is nasty. Time to put some money in furniture and not just the two couches upstairs. The outdoor furniture is not what is pictured. Old and rusty. Wood deck hurts your feet and at any moment you are waiting for splinters. These might seems nit picky but when you pay top dollar, you expect top dollar. This house has so much potential. We would not stay here again for the price.

Great property with amazing views from every room in the house. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and he responded quickly to all of my questions. Internet was fast and worked in all the rooms. Beds were comfortable and the owner provided hotel type amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We booked the place because it had a pool, but, we could not use the pool at all because the water was freezing. Three ice makers in the house, but none worked. (The property manager was so helpful, I'm sure if we told him about the ice makers, he would have fixed them.) However, the great location made up for everything.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The grandkids loved the pool and the distance to the beach was great. It was quiet and private. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This house could be great BUT fell short of our expectations. It’s is poorly maintained- kitchen drawers falling off the hinges, a ground floor door that wouldn’t lock, broken blinds, loose toilets (just to name a few). Cleanliness was fair at best - dusty fans and blinds, moldy master shower head. The pool was dirty upon arrival but was cleaned the next day and we were told he comes every Monday. With all that being said, we loved the porches, the view and private pool. The floor plan was nice with plenty of room for our 10 people (ages 1-75). The location was within walking distance to a coffee shop and a great local restaurant but the street is super busy. Not necessarily a negative just a FYI.

The beach house was perfect for our family of 9. The location to the beach and food/shops couldn't be beat.

We enjoyed this property. Great to have the beach and a pool. Plenty of space for the 12 of us. Great feature having an additional ice maker. Good location. The only minor annoyance was the alarm on the ground floor. We understood the necessity but it was a pain Constantly trying to remember to push the button before you went out the door and it going off when you came inside from the outside of the pool. Other than that, it was a great space for our family reunion!

Excellent location on the beach and across the street from a great coffee shop and a cafe with yummy food. Private pool is terrific. Host very responsive to all questions and needs.

From the booking process, to adding pool heat, to checking in, to checking out.... everything went so smoothly!! Fantastic to work with!! Then the house!!! Of my goodness!! It. Was. Perfect!! Great location!! Easy walk to multiple places to eat and drink. SoOoOoOo handy to be RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! BEAUTIFUL views!! Kids could easily walk 5o the beach and we didn't have to worry about them and could see them from the house! We will be back!

My family of 4 stayed here and it was a great experience. The owner/manager was very responsive. The location can't be beat. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it almost every day.

We were so excited to find this property online and available during a busy week in Destin. Everything that was mentioned in the ad along with the reviews was 100 accurate. This home was perfect for our 4 families. It was clean, the property manager was very communicative and very helpful before and during our stay. This property was directly on the beach and had a large pool perfect for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this great house. Location is fantastic. Loved the pool. Common area was comfy. Porch perfect for the evenings. Kitchen great for vacation cooking. Perfect size for our group as we all got separate rooms. Great responsive communication with the property owner. Wish the bedding comforter/cover on the second/non-master bedroom was a little nicer, but that is quite literally the only quibble we have-- and that is so incredibly minor.

This is our 3rd year renting this house- and this was by far the best stay we’ve had. The house has had updates done, and Taylor was amazing with getting back to me and accommodating our needs.

Upon arrival, the house was great. The manager of the property was very accommodating and allowed us to checkin early. The house itself needs a lot of TLC. The kitchen is great but, cleanliness was just ok. There were multiple appliances but realized quick because they don’t all work. I am not going to go into detail but a little updating consolidation and attention would make this house perfect.

Great location with wonderful pool. Great privacy, well equipped kitchen and good beds. Walking distance to two bar and grills with coffee and a great little diner across the street. Highly recommend.
