they overcharged our card with out authorization, they charged us a deposit which they did not give back as stipulated at check in. they threaten you with calling the police with everything.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was in a non touristy area so you met the locals. They could not have been more pleasant. Very safe neighborhood! Was a little walk to and from the beach. But I needed the exercise!!

I thought the property was going to be a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star. That’s ok , staff were great.

This is budget accommodation in a location close to the centre. No frills (at all).

No hot water. Clean room but with bleach throughout which was overpowering at night. Construction is not built to convention.

Awesome location, simple unit, tv hot water. It is a great opción just to be safe spending the night

location makes this place convenient. we love to explore and walk everywhere so it wasn't too far off from everything we needed.

The list here is long and I feel terrible being this brutally honest but I have stayed in hotels, hostels, airbnb's in over 20 countries. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. When we asked staff for towels (extra) they said no. I'm all for saving the planet but we were genuinely trying to save them a headache that we dealt with ourselves. The flooring is terribly leveled (which no problem, fine, I can work with that) however, the water from the shower did not drain and because of the lack of a leveled floor the shower water flooded through the bathroom, into the open walk room, and into the bedroom. We had two towels, we sought out help, and nothing. We didn't want to slip and fall and we were worried about our items getting wet. So please imagine us sharing a thin towel, while using the second towel for the floor to wipe, dry, and repeat, and utilizing every bit of toilet paper to clean up all the water for at least half an hour, all the while intensely focused on not slipping on wet, tiled floors. I can get past rooms that are clearly unfinished but the cleanliness was questionable and the staff was unresponsive (which hurts me to complain about). I can get past dust, bugs, stains, etc., but to be completely ignored for towel requests, toilet paper requests, and a check out process is wild to me. I get being short staffed, I get demand can be tough and we try to be the quietest and patient when traveling, especially during COVID times but this was a completely unfortunate situation. Had we received the help and support I could have made this stay work. I pride myself on traveling on a budget but this one completely missed the mark. I was not expecting, fancy, amenities, or anything of that sort, but I do hope that the hotel can hear out guests and help when help is needed. All of this to say that we immediately modified our reservation from a 5 night stay to a 2 night stay and the hotel has yet to honor the change they confirmed.
