Great condo! Location to lifts was very walkable. As close to ski in ski out as you can get without actually being on a run. Owners also did a great job of keeping it well stocked especially in the kitchen. My wife was very pleased as we cooked in the condo most nights. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is a very short walk to the base. The slopes they have remind me of steamboat springs CO. The sq. Ft of condo smaller than I thought but cozy. Only room for one car to park.

This condo is very well kept and it was perfect for our family of 5. It is so close to the lift and ideal for our family with little kids. The beds were comfy and the condo was very clean when we arrived for our stay. The owner is very organized and helpful answering all our questions before we arrived. We did not have any complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

The property itself is excellently situated. Hummingbirds are everywhere, buzzing around. Nice balcony view of Wheeler peak and the valley. We love the area. It was our first trip anywhere since The Time of Corona began. Having only used VRBO once before, I don't know if I'm relying on the previous guests to clean up after themselves, or if someone has been hired to clean after a guest leaves. That said, please take what follows accordingly. The condo itself was neat. Everything was where it should have been. However the stove, microwave, bathtub, the floors and surfaces hadn't been cleaned. There was obvious grease and grime on the microwave and stove. The bathtub was grey which in part is due to age, but not all of it. The floors had not been mopped or swept. Tables and windows had hand prints and dust. So before settling in I cleaned with the readily available products under the sinks. Normally a little cleaning beforehand doesn't bother me, but in The Time of Corona it certainly was worrisome. I also bleached and cleaned before leaving just in case a new guest was coming to stay later that day. The owner Mike was super responsive. There were internet connectivity issues which is very common in Angel Fire, and he got right back to us about that. All the instructions left behind worked to the letter which is always appreciated. The property is for sale according to the notice on the refrigerator. With some updating, it would be a pretty sweet place to stay especially if you ski or mountain bike!

This was my second visit to Angel Fire and Mike's condo did not disappoint. Very close to the chair lift for easy MTB access. All the amenities you need. The weather was perfect in early July. Hope to be back soon.

What a beautiful view of the mountains andca quick walk to slopes. Very convenient!!

We visited Angel Fire resort so my grandson could compete in a snowboarding competition. We walked to the lift! It was great. Mike, the owner, was in constant communication and gave excellent instructions on how to get there. Condo was well furnished and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time in Angelfire! This condo was so close to the lifts! The view from the balcony was breath taking! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

This was our 2nd stay at Mike's condo and it was wonderful! The location can't be beat and the unit was tidy and comfortable. Our children enjoyed the bunk room and having their own TV and Xbox. Mike is easy to communicate with and makes sure your stay is perfect. We look forward to next year's trip to Angel Fire!

We had a great time on our annual teens & friends ski trip. The down stairs room was great for 3 teen boys, loved having the mud room, and easy walking distance to lift. Mike was great. Showed us around and was very accommodating!

Mike Hampton maintains this excellent property and it's the perfect condominium location for skiing at Angel Fire. Easy to walk to the lifts and back. It's close to the grocery store that has everything one needs. Mike was flexible with check in and available during our stay if there were any issues. No problems arise during our stay. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us on the dining table upon arrival ad we had him over for dinner the day before checkout. I will definitely refer this rental to friends and family and we will be back again next year. Thanks again Mike. I'll be in touch again soon

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kids loved having their own space downstairs. The location was amazing for lift access, dropping kids at ski school and having a drink at El Jefe. Mike was great to work with, and met us at the condo to make sure we knew where the thermostats were and how to work the dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. I didn’t ski the 1st couple of days and I was able to walk to wherever I wanted to go. My family was able to ski, break for lunch, then walk right back over. The condo was the perfect place for us to call home for stay in Angel Fire. Equipped with all the things we needed (pots, pans, coffee maker, etc). Mike was so friendly and easy to work with. It was so great, I tried to convince my husband to buy the condo😉 We will definitely book here again.

Mike is very kind and thoughtful! He waited for us to show us where everything was. He got hot chocolate for the kids and a bottle of wine for us. The condo is fully stocked. He even got baby monitor and humidifier when he knew we were coming home with kids.

Great condo!Guatemala Mike was a blast to meet and discuss all the important things in life with. Lol Balcony has an unobstructed view of Wheeler Peak. Angel Fire has an abundance of hiking trails for the novice "hiker" close by, and everyone we met were very friendly. Eat breakfast at the bakery food and service great. The tacos at El Jefe are huge and the margaritas will make you smile.

I loved how close it was to the lift. Mike was very helpful at check in. It had everything we needed for a short stay to do some late season mountain biking.

This was an ideal location in early Autumn before the snow to anchor our visit, with many nearby hiking trails and scenic drives in the Enchanted Circle. Thanks Mike!

As a premier property owner, I know how important location is. The condo is perfectly located....close to everything! As a matter of fact, the lift is less than a 100 yards from the front door of the condo. Mike is one of those real people you meet occasionally that actually has fun on purpose. You will enjoy meeting him. when you do be sure to tell him larry said hi. By the way, the view of Wheeler Peak from the deck is awesome.
