bed linned was every thight, not breathe able - woke up covert in sweat :( the light from the parking lot - lighted the room, and the dark covers didn't do the work

The staff was super friendly! I ran a few minutes late on check-in after the reception was supposed to close, the waited on me and helped me greatly afterwards. The room was great for 1 person, it was very clean and had everything I needed. Even the nespresso machine and the dishes looked spot on clean.

The bed is not super comfortable but it's ok, especially for the price.

Excellent quiet place with welcoming staff. Kids friendly, you can get cot on request. Room was clean and comfortable with all necessary equipment.

Very clean, new, comfortable bed, quite, well equipped kitchenette with coffee machine and coffee, tea were provided. There was a baby bed inside a room with a baby towel and linen, I didn’t request extra but added in a booking that we are traveling with 1 year old kid, so it was unexpected but very nice to have. Will definitely choose this hotel when travel close to Hamburg next time.

Maybe a strange neighborhood at first but it was calm industrial area so turned to be not that bad.

Modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly and helpful receptionist. No breakfast but some tea/coffee in the room. Remember to reserve if you go to any of the neighboring restaurants and note that most are closing their kitchens soon after 21:00.

I stayed for 8 days. The staff was very helpful in finding me a grocery store and a place to buy clothing after a difficult flight day and the airlines loosing my baggage. They also helped me secure a reliable taxi driver to take me into Hamburg for trip business. Hotel A24 Staff saved my trip! The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet and located in an out of the way area where you can enjoy walks through the forested area located near fields and factories but are able to access nearby amenities like stores.

Parking is available. Rooms are very clean and almost everything is available in the room (kitchen & toilets)

There is weak signal of mobile phones in the hotel and sometimes the WiFi network is slow.

Easy parking, well-equipped kitchenette for basic food preparation, strategically located just outside Hamburg. Great for business trips.

Newly Equipped spacious room with a compact kitchen including coffee machine, clean, simple design, bathroom was excellent.
