A lovely clean space with everything you might need available. We really enjoyed our stay.

The facilities on site were all shut unfortunately. Not the fault of the owner but we weren’t aware. All facilities reopen in April.

Loved the walks and that it was close to the beach, nice quite site. Caravan was nice.

Caravan was OK, attention to detail needed regarding cleaning. Above eye level. Not much to do with the kids I.E clubhouse doesn't serve food. No entertainment

Very peaceful location and was an ideal place for a break. The owners communication was exceptional, made sure we had everything we needed. The caravan was very comfortable and clean with everything yiu would need for your stay. Would highly recommend.

Very homely and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the windows had been opened to let some fresh air in as it was a scorching day. There are two toilets which is a bonus and the beds were lovely and comfortable. We used the table and chairs on the decking outside the caravan to eat our evening meal. I love that the decking is fenced off with a secure gate so great for toddlers and dogs. The visitors comment book is a nice touch, people had left tips about local takeaways and attractions. The holiday park is small but that means it is peaceful and excellently maintained. It’s right on the beach and next door to a country park with a fantastic play area for kids of all ages. There are no facilities on the beach but that makes it a haven for wildlife. It is a bit shingled in places so flip flops or aqua shoes are advisable.

It was excellent, the only snag I had was the decking got extremely hot in the sun, I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and almost burnt my feet! I must say it was an exceptionally hot day though, maybe a large mat on the decking would help on the rare occasions we have scorching sunshine. The pool on site is small and like a greenhouse in the sun but staff were attentive and friendly. We had a meal at the local pub one evening but it was a bit of a disappointment, probably due to staff and stock shortages and an influx of visitors.

Great caravan for a young family of four. Clean, tidy, cosy and homely. Comfy beds and great facilities too. Nice position in the overall park, well located to the amenities and the scenic East Mersea coast line.

The caravan is beautifully maintained and has everything you need. The beach and country park are really easy to walk to and everything is exactly as described.

I had no real complaints about any of the facilities or the caravan. The only thing that could have been better really was the weather! It was rather cold, but we managed.
